The Nerf Elite 2.0 Flipshots line hasn't been great... the Flip-8 was pricey but kinda worked, but the expensive Flip-16 left a lot of sorrow in the wallets it emptied. Here we are with the biggest, most expensive flip review yet... the Flip-32. Lever action, pump action, massive, expensive, but still somehow cool looking: does this one finish off the FlipShots experiment on a high note?

It’s more of a gimmicky series than a competitive one. I’m guessing it’s more targeted at kids that want a cool toy to play with for a couple of weeks

As a sixteen-year old dumbass, this seems like an absolutely amazing blaster! As you said, it'd make a quirky, fun shotgun primary, even if it is essentially thirty-two Jolts strapped to a 2-by-4.

I love the shell, that is gorgeous, that flip mechanic however is dumb, if it were instead a mag fed blaster or even a mega, it would be awesome.

I just had an idea that turning this into a mag-fed Mega XL blaster would be a good way for Hasbro to use this shell.

Agree, shell without the flip parts is definitely cool looking. Neat chunky plasma rifle looking thing...
But then, the sort of industrial sci-fi look is about the only thing Elite2.0 has going for it as a whole.
2. I guess the pump-flip and lever prime makes more sense than pump flip and top prime....
If I find one secondhand or on clearance, I'm yanking the barrels off, covering the holes, and making a fake one centered.

I definitely Intend to pick one up. I love the roughcut, and the F32 is, effectively, a higher capacity roughcut that's lever action, as a full-size primary.

I know better options exist performance wise but gosh darn this just 100% appeals to me and I love it

Omg yes. Just give it a giant shotgun turret on front, preferably one that uses it's space effeciently unlik the judge, and you'd have an amazing blaster.
i'm still curious if being able to re-load the back barrels while keeping the front barrels forward would be useful in any actual games
Yeah this would be a good one for HVZ actually because you can reload while also being ready to shoot at the same time. It’s just stupidly expensive and heavy.
Yeah scrounging up darts to feed a turret style blaster like this is a pretty solid mechanic in a number of game types

Honestly, this looks like it will be best used as a sci-fi prop after a good paint job. Though I'm tempted to buy this just so I can see if I can use a titan tank to turn this into a better shotgun
Looking from a performance perspective, yeah, it’s not good at all. It’s bulky, expensive, and has awful fps.
But, as a whole, I think it’s honestly really cool. They basically took 4 roughcuts and fused them together into a weird, flipping blaster. 32 darts isn’t half bad by most standards, and if this thing even has the slightest modification potential, like a simple spring upgrade, it would make for a really cool, albeit weird, primary.
However, I totally get the villainator argument. It’s cheaper, holds more darts, and hits much, much harder. And it has slam fire, so that’s cool. Don’t get me wrong, it has its fair share of issues, mainly coming from awful dart fitment in the drum, but as a whole it’s a much better deal.
If this thing was around the $30-$40 range, I might have seen it in a better light, since while it still would have less capacity and performance compared to dart zone alternatives, at least it would’ve been a bit more reasonable to want to pick it up. But $60 is just way too much. I get it’s the flagship of the flip series, but it’s just too much.
It’s a perfect blaster to pick up on clearance, or at Ross in about a year lol
Actually if you live in Europe this is the better blaster because the amount of money it cost to ship a vilnator would make it even

I don’t care if they’re too expensive and not super practical, I love the Flip blasters because they’re fun. At my college wars I mainly use my Magnum X2 because it’s more practical, but I also use my Flip 16 sometimes because it’s quirky and fun. This just looks like that but bigger and better, so I’m happy.

I want this thing, I think it’s super cool! I’m way into gimmicky blasters as much as I am into my Mk1.1, maybe a little more.
One of my favorite blasters to shoot is the Tobias Beckett blaster and it’s performance is worse than my deploy at times.
I like it. Can't wait to play with it with my kid on Christmas. Think I'll buy an auto mega too
I wish more lever action blasters come out not only is it really efficient for priming but it's nice to have variety, everything is pump action now. Also if it was just a 5 x 2 lever action rough it for 30 I'd get it but it's a cool shell and gimick

I really like this particular blaster. I think it’s cool that you can flip the barrel and then reload the empty barrels from a dump pouch. I can’t knock this thing at all.

Gonna be honest, I want more lever action blasters. Maybe a lever action Rival blaster so it can have a Winchester-style tube mag without needing shells like the Spring Thunder? That sounds awesome to me
i think to improve the performance go inside the blaster and add some grease or oil to the tubes and get a stronger spring that boosted my basic performance for a tone of other blasters i own

I swear I got this blaster from target and within a month of using it constantly, my muscles gotten a bit bigger lol. I mess around with it and shoot targets and it’s a real work out even for an adult

11/13/21 just want Christmas shopping for my 7 year old son & he said he had to have this blaster. Due to our crazy nurf battles I wanted for him as well. I am 52 years old and he will be 8 in January. I guess the price really doesn’t matter when your the coolest dad in the world.

That is a really pretty blaster. I really like the molding on nerf blasters, and I haven't seen any mass-produced that compare to what nerf puts out. For me, a blaster looking good and feeling good is more important than it being effective, as I don't know of or participate in any local clubs or events.

Hmmmmn, that backend is very worth getting to turn it into a mag feed blaster and removing the dual stage set up so you can the power of two plunger tubes for one dart. One issue is which blaster(s) you'd use to kit bash the front end.
