Salmon Avocado Cucumber salad recipe

INGREDIENTS:
* 4 pieces of 2” thick skinless filleted salmon steaks
* Marinate salmon with: 1 tsp Dijon mustard, 1/2 tsp granulated garlic, 1/2 honey, 1-2 tsp cooking oil, 1 tbsp minced onion, 1/2 tsp black pepper, salt to taste
* Salad dressing: 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp Dijon mustard, salt and pepper to taste, 1 tsp honey, 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 2 tbsp minced onion, 1 tbsp chopped flat leaf parsley
* Vegetables: 1 bulb lettuce, 1 cup grape tomatoes halved, 1 avocado chopped, 1 cucumber chopped

You shouldn't have put the second recipe (the salad), in the same bowl that you had marinated the raw salmon in as this causes cross-contamination. I am surprised by you.
Rosa, you should watch the video again! The salmon never entered the bowl with the marinade. I used a spoon to transfer the marinade from the bowl to the fish. There is never cross contamination in my kitchen.
