- This 40 minute pilates reformer workout focuses on the abdominals, with a lot of attention to the obliques. I've also included in some glute exercises to fire up the booty! The abdominals and glutes make up your "core" which prevents or relieves back pain, if those muscles are kept strong. This workout will make you sweat and will leave your muscles feeling like they have been worked!

I loved the class - perfect for me
But I really don’t like the music so I had to try to drown it out a bit by turning on my fan because I wanted to finish the class
I apologize about the music. When I started my channel I was playing around with the background music and eventually decided not to have it. I think all videos after workout #25 don’t have the music.

my left butt really is overworked due to hip imbalance and so it REALLY doesn't like the sidelying work.... so less springs is much better.
I know some other people that side lying isn’t their favorite, just doesn’t feel the best. But lighter springs is a great modification… I tend to always start with my right leg to face the camera but do you ever start side lying with your left leg first? That might help too.
