  • This pilates reformer home workout focuses on abs, arms and glutes using a pilates ball prop. This pilates workout is similar to a pilates studio class, but in the comfort of your own home. If you're looking for a challenging pilates workout that will strengthen your body, this is the perfect workout for you. My style of pilates is not classical pilates where you do 7-10 reps of each exercise. I create my pilates workouts so I feel a burn, feel like I am being worked out and feel amazing after the workout! I want everyone to feel challenged in these workouts, but I do give modifications for springs and exercises so everyone can give this workout a try and always say to take a break if you need. Not sure how to use a pilates reformer or how to use a pilates machine, then just follow on to my workouts as I take you step by step through a pilates reformer workout.

This is a grea workout. If you could please say the weight of your springs it would help those of us that don't have the same machine. THanks!

Not really sure what comments are by writing down the time stamps of each workout? Can you explain the purpose of it?

@PilatesBodywithMichelleAlexis I've started teaching pilates and using your videos these days, the time stamp helps to access the excercises. Must say my clients are loving these videos ❤️ you're an amazing teacher 😊

@@BhagyaYogShala Ahhh ok that makes sense now! Sorry, I was so confused by it! Glad your clients are loving these workouts. Hope you are enjoying teaching, and its so smart to be constantly learning from other instructors. I always try to get inspiration from other instructors, then try out the moves I see then make workouts from there.

Yes they love these workouts. I sometimes go to insta for variations on specific set of excercises that helps too.
It's just been a month, and I've a lot to learn where I would be able to make a sensible workout plan other than the traditional ones. Thank you for the efforts you put in to come up with these plans. 🤗
