I am def going to try this one. Last week I made eggplant lasagne using veggies with the eggplant and it came out great and was delish. I used mozarella part skim cheese and that worked well too because it has less fat. Any dish with cheese has my approval

You treat the baigan with class. Bake the cored melongene with infused oil is the best thing since baigan choka. The thoughts of filling is tremedous. First thing that comes to mind is a curry filling(curry soya )
I would certainly try this. I bought some eggplants a couple days ago and I still have 2 large ones remaining. It looks quick and easy. If you don't have olive oil to make the shadow beni oil, could you use regular soya bean or vegetable oil also?
What I like about this dish is that it’s all vegan. Except for the dairy items but that okay because the dish maintains a generous amount of vegetables.A new twist to eating healthy .Peace!

I have been cooking with tomato paste for many years.and you have to fry that paste.other wise you will get a bitter taste in your mouth.and by the way.what is the sence talking about food when the country is gone to the dogs.
Wow! Firstly when something is bad we simply dont leave it in the " gone to the dogs state" you help rebuild that said thing. I love my country and will always continue it love it. Yes of recent it has been in a terrible state but things can change and we can help! Making these recipes shows the world what amazing things the country still has to offer with its culture. One should not see something or someone struggling and leave it but assist so I urge to rethink your statement as you too can make a change. Food brings people together it is the said reason why we are even having this conversation.
