@@Mry-yq8zx The only 2 pets i currently have is a wolf and cat. Cat was for pve dps and sometimes using prowl to sneak through and pull stuff and the wolf is for some tricks with howl. For example, if you are running through a dungeon and have mobs on you, can drop your wolf and use howl and the howl acts like a huge aoe taunt if you haven't damaged the mobs, that's why you see so many people use a wolf during solo Dire Maul tribute runs. Arena xp isn't that great honestly. It's pretty easy to blow up the small adds though and I'de do it after doing larger ledge pulls. The brd ledge farm is pretty difficult if you aren't experienced with it due to needing to reset the anti boost mechanics when the mobs get really fast and slow immune. It can be great xp but if you die a lot then it isn't. It took me a few levels before I could do it to make it worthwhile. Check out Keyvanb's guide from last phase if interested, make sure to take out the fire elementals before attempting though.
Tip for Night Elves, you can shadowmeld directly from FD. Good for if you severely mess up and need to FD to live. Shadowmeld from FD, wait for FD cooldown to come up before proceeding.
You dont need a key or the charges for the first 2 gates, gateskip where you fit trough the left side gap on the first gate and then walljump over the second gate still works in SOD
Hey, thank you for this video! I got my belt on around the 30th attempt. You can skip this entire first part of the run by being on the ledge (if you go up on the hill and jump towards the top of the gate), which makes this whole lot easier. You don't even need invis pot.
The hill is left side of the entrance where you go in the arena, on the wall. It's where mobs will lose aggro when you stand on it. You can drag mobs (spectators and such) when you enter the arena and stand there, you will lose aggro of mobs.
@tokopaaisen2927 hey if mobs are evading you are on the wrong platform. You jump from the hill towards the top of the gate, and you should land right next to the top of the gate while floating. This is the place you want to be at
I am new hunter player. I tried over 10 times, always messed it up. Adds got too seperated, my pet died, didnt los the cast etc.. Then i got first Eviscerator and i managed to kill it(it was eastiest boss). Belt dropped ofc. Ty for your quide, great video.
@@Rasmanit In phase 4 you can blow everything up without needing to path stuff for arena but maybe 1 boss. It was P3 at lvl 50 you had to be more strategic. Angerforge's ledge still works good, you can kill him really fast in sod using it to path him as well as golem lord if you want to kill him.
you know you can skip that first gate by jumping through the gap to its left? can also skip the secodn gate by wall jumping up the right hand side of the gate and "catching" through the gap
Thanks I didn't know that. Don't think the first jump works for male Taurens but I just tried them as an orc male and they do work though kindof tricky. You also can avoid the first 2 gates entirely by running around through the mobs/pet pulling back to the lobby and feigning at the 3rd door.
What do you do about the caster trash? Like the worms and the dinosaurs. Sometimes they cast on my pet while out of my range, or start casting on me if I'm in their range. When that happens, the groups get split pretty far.
I've never got the worms and if I got the thundersnouts I used to just reset. What you can try doing is putting your pet directly beneath you making it los you until you send it towards the adds and as you recall it to its stay spot you can get a mend pet started and it will keep casting even after los'd and your heal threat pulls the mobs up top to you. That's how I kill the more challenging caster bosses because that's the only way your pet can outrange their casts or else the bosses start casting on them early from a range you can't reach them from.
Can you pull and solo the doomforge craftsman for the engineering blueprints they drop ie Dark Iron Rifle plan or the Weapon Technicians for dark iron bomb and alarm o bot plans
I still don't get how you kill the caster bosses. I saw your comment below about starting a mend pet while its running back to its stay spot, but at what point can you actually attack the boss? It seems to outrange all my shots. Specifically struggling with Ok'thor the Breaker. Does this only work if you have the +6 yrs range in talents?
Yeah you would want an MM spec with +6 range. You also want to have RP walk on so you can move back and LoS his casts from hitting you but damage them right up until you need to LoS. I'll have a vid up in a day or so of me killing both caster bosses.
If you see the eviscerator vid I show what I described above when he casts shadowbolt volley at me though that ability is so weak compared to the pure caster bosses.
There is a link in my channel description that has each WA available to copy through individual txt files. For the Aspect Tracker I also have that green holder that is a separate WA. I like the holder too because if it's empty it's easy to see you have no current aspect activated!
Oh almost forgot about Lord Rocco for the 18 dps bullets Rockshard Pellets for real min maxing if you have a good gun from the Houndmaster or if you are rocking the Dark Iron Rifle
Also if you use the STV xbow with the Emerald Wardens friendly rep 15dps arrows, I've got that simming a couple dps higher than the top gun with 18 dps bullets
@@kyeema-of-the-shadows don't think it would be better cause the base dmg of the dark iron rifle is quite a bit lower and that's what chimera/multi/aimed scales off. The proc rate is also probably pretty low but the sim I'm looking at doesn't appear to account for it like it does most other wep procs. Hit cap rn is only 6% and it's easy to get with epics/strong gear and hunters do not get glancing blows on ranged hits like melee.
Always hug the wall and freezing trap the guard on the right so you get 2 scatters to hit the other guards with. You need to be using cheetah as much as possible with a cancelaura macro to toggle it off if about to be hit. If those 3 pack of dogs or other pats are constantly pathing at the time you are running through you can kill the 2 guards when you enter the dungeon at 2:03 so you can run and feign over there to have a safe run through. If you want to kill them pull them with your pet over to the final locked door, that's a safe area to fight them.
@@edwardtherhea6818 You can also try calling your pet to aggro the ones in the way. If you get through to trigger the arena event fast I think you beat any of those 3 pat packs circling that's why you don't see them in the 3 runs I showed in the vid.

Sometimes on setup it can glitch up but once it's set up you shouldn't have further problems. Have your pet on passive and for the setup cancel eyes of beast and then quickly manually spam click pet stay

Can solo this while staying in the arena in P4 around lvl 55. Use Lonewolf with traps + TNT & Resourcefulness rune. Can kite / LoS for bosses.

I also get mobs evaded while I am jumped on the frame of the gate. Any solutions?

Did they patch the invisible ledge jump in the room where you open door to Angerforge? That's what hunters used to do for this.

was watching a hunter guide cant find it now they said if you use volley aoe you can pull linked mobs and peel one off will try and find it

You dont need to open the first gate you can just cross it jumping from the left side.
