Thank you! Very helpful video! I saw another that said to use the silicone cap over the soap cap to help with the suction. My only problem was that the tube wasn't wide enough to fit the dispenser so I had to tuck the tube into it instead of over it- does that make sense? 🤔🤭
Was thankful for these instructions because the one new that come with the unit are terrible. However, I could not get the soap to come out of my pump. I did end up sucking on the tube to get the soap up, and it is right near the dispenser. Unfortunately it won’t finish moving up when I pump it.

Try making the connection to the bottle more air tight
