Each week night, THE LATE LATE SHOW with JAMES CORDEN throws the ultimate late night after party with a mix of celebrity guests, edgy musical acts, games and sketches. Yato Yeah, but you have to remember every single gig, if comedians wrote a whole other performance, that would be exhausting. Also, he says a lot of the time he just goes off the top of his head, so for him specifically, he probably toom his funniest jokes, since he's under short time restraints and since this is his first time in America.

He's a great comedian. You should look up Russell Howard's Good News. He does stand up based on current events, memes, and good (and some bad) news. It's a really good show, and really popular in the UK.

ytlioune you have to remember Americans don't tend to seek out foreign comedians. So this was lots of people's first exposure.

Carr was on Kimmel, I think. It was soooo diluted. It was like he wrote a set for a kids' birthday party. At least Russel's set here is basically identical to what he'd do in the UK. (He's done these jokes before but it's still funny)

So happy my wife introduced me to Russell's comedy, and that we got to see him in Nashville 2 weeks ago. Fucking brilliant. I do wish that someone over here would release his DVDs because he needs to be exposed to a broader audience. They would kill on Netflix in conjunction with a special of new material. It's nigh impossible to be a Russell fan in America without having to bootleg his stuff on torrents or something , such as the the Russell Howard and Mum show, which sadly enough was shot here but we can't even SEE IT!!! Make it available to those of us in America and we would watch it legit!

I'm going to be an annoying person and comment on a post from a year ago, but as an American I can say that it's still hilarious. Although not everyone will share my view. And perhaps there are a few things that I may have missed, but as long as I enjoy Russell Howard's comedy (*pretends I haven't watched all of it that I can get my hands on*) I don't really care.

Russel howard is one of the most naturally funny comedians I know. It feels like your just having a conversation with him, which just happens to be unbelievably funny. Not like many other comedians who really have to push the jokes in order to get laughs
