I have yet to smoke a Davidoff and be disappointed. You get what you pay for, which is not always the case. Bourbon + spicy food is always a winner in my book. It really brings out the sweetness in the bourbon (assuming your spice level isn't crazy).
Ask Ockham for help, take two or three Tupperware, put about fifty sticks in each along with two Boveda at 62 HR and you will have a perfect humidor without too many complications.
