Have you tried insoles with a more rigid arch support? That might help a lot with the mid foot cramp issue, and it would also shield the shoe’s midsole from wear and tear, giving your shoes a longer life
I have not yet! But, now you mention it, I shall start looking into different insoles that could aid my flat footedness, and lessen and hopefully completely get rid off my mid-foot cramping in these! Cheers for the solid advice Arthur! 🫡 - 🐻
Ah, yes! This colourway is listed as a woman’s shoe, but the sizing fits exactly the same as any men’s shoe. I went with my usual UK11 size, and they fit nicely. I don’t know why Nike does this for certain colour palettes, especially for unisex sneakers, but ah well! @@BEARHQ I quite like the Move insoles brand. Been using them for about 2 year now and they’re still holding up. I heard Superfeet is also pretty good
