- Taken from the all black metal band from Africa (Botswana) WRUST's Soulles Machine album.Formed in 2000 and the band has played with international acts such as Sepultura, Entombed, konkhra, Carcass, Conquest for Death, marching dead, AOA, Rhutz, Submission
Metal without the influence of corporations. Fuck yes.
Sounds a lot like Sepultura.

Groove Metal.
Well... Groove/Death.
I love my country cuz'' no matter how small is our population
we have the global exposure, "WATCH US IN THE NEXT TEN YEARS"
Robert Montsho hello from 🇲🇽
Metal has no borders
Yeah, it's great. There are so many places in the world where we can find people we can get along with over, even though we can't necessarily understand what we're saying to each other.
Music truly is amazing.
This band is underrated as hell
Raw as fuck
Yeah, good stuff. Love these guys.
I was trying to find a death metal cover of Toto's Africa.......then I found this, much better!
Botswana really is the last bastion of true, raw metal. Cheers from Venezuela.
im a 16 year old black guy from the states, and ive been exposed to more metal than a Viking getting stabbed in the eye socket, but when I found this, I got chills, its awesome that more guys like me are in this world stepping up.
12 years ago i met these guys, nothing has been the same since then! I hardly miss their shows!!
WHY ME?! WHY AM I CURSED?! 🤘That riff is sick! Greeting's from America!!!
Just found out about the Botswana metal scene today, welcome to the family my new brothers and sisters
such a great heavy sound, reminds me of black metal meets thrash, keep up the great work guys
same vibe here. liked the lyric, very simple, direct, honest and touching.
I wish there was a metal scene in Tanzania too :( will have to start one like you guys have \m/ Major respect
I heard this song nearly 5 years ago and I must say it reminds me of a blend of melodic death/thrash from early 90's! Botswana has got something raw going on!
this exists brought me here and im glad they did. this is badass
you brothers deserve more credit greetings from netherland
They deserve more recognition!
@LivingSinner here you go
lost in my own territory, tears cascade and I dont know, all love is lost only hate remains, the misery loves me I have no control
chorus: why am I cursed, what did I do, why am i cursed what have I done, why me

That riff reminds me of early 90s Carcass for whatever reason.
+UZI4YOU i feel the same way
\""/ Not bad at all, still its`s bad as all\""/
Maybe influences.
Hey, that's a good comparison. Never made the association prior, but YES! My fave riff & rhythm shift starts at 4:06.
@@keikofay9804 it's the solo not a riff
Long live Botswana, greetings from Brazil!
this is so good. I can hear the sepultura influence in they're music.
I always keep coming back here.
I'm so late to this party. What a great riff and excellent vocals. Man this song is so catchy.
Saludos a todos los metaleros, desde Honduras Centroamérica.
I've listened to a good number of metal had around 4 thousand tracks on itunes. These guys have their own unique sound and I thought it was slow paced at first, but later on caught on to me and I find it a very attractive sound. Very good.
Who else is here because of this exists?? :D
I am and this band kicks ass 👊👹👊
+bob marley me!
+Daniel Esquivel into reminds me of bleeding through. bands on point.

This is what music needs today! This band would shatter ALL barriers!
i really enjoyed ..Good to see metal coming from Africa !! Greetins from Brasil !!
I'm in Botswana and I really love these guys .
1:11 such a fuckin "i taught myself how to play" riff. dudes r sick
My thoughts exactly
It's what I love about a lot of music out of Africa. It's the truth. No fear.
Same reason I like black metal (the genre).
william ritter dude I was thinking that same thing, it's good as fuck though
I think the singer actually taught them all how to play - drummer included.

Just saw this band on This Exists, these guys are awesome...
Damn, these guys are HEAVY. This guy has some of the best growls I've ever heard, and I'm an Amon Amarth fan! I doubt they'll ever see this comment, but if you guys ever come to the United States I'll definitely go see you play.

Respect from Sacramento, California
This is awesome, it would be awesome to see you guys in some support slots or at festivals in Europe or America spreading the word of the African scene
They are damn good. Sad I just now heard of them for the first time.
Botswana is well-known for metal try crakdust ,overthrust skinflint all of this bands are from Botswana a country in southern Africa
The Detectorists got me looking at the African metal scene. Glad I did.
This is great really unique and really heavy love it
African metals scene must become a sanctuary for those who got sick and bored of the "big money commercial" metal. Raw, harsh and honest sound is a good "selling" point here.
no comments... this is simply one of the best bands I've heard lately
Excellent, love the vocals!!!
Música muito boa...boa banda também.
que banda boa muito foda, quero ir pra um show
epic riffs!! love it!!
killer old school!
Greetings from Brazil, guys. Amazing song.
Wow...

@metalmusi I suppose it the African influence to metal .. thanks
Floored. Eyes opened. After I told my buddy about Bloodywood (India), he brought me here. Much love from the States!
Great song guys, keep it up. Hopefully Botswana metal will come to tour Europe soon
Some Botswana bands have touted already I remember Germany
wow im impressed. Im glad to see im not one of the only black guys who LOVE metal. i am really happy to see that an all black metal band can be as good as an all white metal band. Very good.
Brothers can rock! Please come over here and teach your descendants the art of metal!
You are great!!!! I like very much!!!Good luck !!!
Man I love this! It kinda sound old school but at the same time not!
Dont start any discussion here, i wont reply, and if i do I`ll rek you.
these guys need international recognition! This is really unique and heavy af! Maybe Phil Anselmo should fund/ organize a tour for these guys around America to make up for his stupid drunken "white power" stunt (smh).. and really I'm not just saying it because of that. These guys are really good! Botswana Metal needs to be heard!
are this guys talking in native language? oh, I forgot it's black metal!
lol!
lloydgush sounds like English to me
Stefan Matussek Yes, it is, I'm just joking about black metal being unintelligible even for native speakers.
I actually can understand them and really like the lyrics, very simples, very clean, very direct, very human. Quite the opposite of another band of the same country, skindread.
I somehow like this one better, maybe because the lyrics are much darker.
Well, kinda makes sense to be darker, since black/trash metal tends to be darker than reggae metal.
+lloydgush ah sorry I missed the joke :P. thats true.. not just black metal though, grindcore and death metal I find the growling or pig squeeling hard to decypher aswell haha (not that thats always bad)... Yeah I found the lyrics and the video seem to portray something very emotional and human and I like that alot in a metal song, more so than songs about demons and magic or so.
Stefan Matussek Yeah. Seen "hate them all"? pretty good lyrics.
I registered on RUclips just to tell you guys that i find you amazing! Keep up the good work :) If I had know you earlier, i'd have try to come and listen to you while I was in Namibia!
