1.it should be of flowing consistency.. 2.because they overcooked the caramel 3.Roast till they are light brown in color. Don't over roast.. And thanks for watching ❤️
Hey, your second question - it's because the caramel sause is very hot and adding nuts can burn it quickly. A better way would be, spread the nuts on the baking paper and then drizzle the caramel sause on it, so that it wouldn't get burnt and the result would be better. Hope it helps 💕
