scheps is one of the best engineers of all time
I love IR 1. Especially its ability to load outside library's.
Voxengo Boogex loads impulses for free
You rock man, you taught me a lot.
Love omni channel and Andrew is the best. So easy to follow
great stuff andrew !
Love the Omni Channel
So dope!
Very interesting, thank you!
Good ol' Scheppy always down to impart some of that sweet knowledge upon us
Thanks Julian
Never thought that the Omni could save the setting in the insert plugin. That seems logical but it never crossed my mind til now how much you could expand the (re)usability of this plugin this way.
Suit for the plugins, thanks have a good one
Interesting!!
Excellent video. Better than the TLA one. Good song choice and an excellent lesson.
🙏🏾
Thus far I have done Madrid on Monday with stock FL Studio plugins. 100%.
sheps looks like a cool dude
💯
I would love the OmniChannel plugin if it didn't alias like crazy. Because the plugin does so much simultaneously, the aliasing can really build up across the processes, especially if you use this on a lot of channels across the mix.
I'm far away from being a Plugin Doctor "oversampling cop"; but this one does seriously need a decent oversampling option.

How do you get your groups recessed like that?
I think it's an upcoming ProTools update.
Isn't it wonderful that a whole generation of would be producers can learn and be shaped by no lesser a figure than Andrew Scheps. Maybe they can convince Michael Bay to make RUclips videos for aspiring directors.
I feel you completely, but considering how many great albums Scheps has mixed, it's doing him a disservice by kind of comparing him to Michael Bay. Put some director with better films, and not blockbuster junk and I'm completely ok with your statement :)
👍🏽
What is impulse response?
To simplify, it's a sample of a reverb that can convolve to whatever audio input you provide it with. So you can sample different reverbs and use them as Impulse Responses in reverbs that support that.
y’all think he still uses the omni channel a lot?
Wondering the same!
@@AndreiSora I used it for a drum loop i chopped and wanted to take some mud from the low toms and it worked fantastic. i found the compressors to be good but they really are colored and i guess i just gotta say that. Just my experience with the trial it was fun might get it
@@AndreiSora I’m sure he does he mentioned something about how often he uses it on the long tutorial he made on producelikeapro’s video
@@davidhodgin8900 I've also experimented with it and love how it sounds on vocals and drums.
Ah, yes! Although that one was a bit of a Omnichannel commercial :P
Rabbi Scheps
His voice is far too loud and really crushed from the stream! Not fun if you listen loud to concentrate on details.. shoud be obvious to a company working in audio :D..
I thought this was Julian Assange from prison
