Eat whole foods a calorie isn't a calorie how food affects your hunger hormones and other bodily function is important. Eat high quality home cooked meals sleep well as often as possible get sunlight and your body will slowly be made into its optimal version. Ps you don't have to be as muscular as fit to get similar results. Just have a visible base of muscle be lean enough to show definition. Yes if you genetically don't look the best I get it. But optimize yourself as much as you can
