Well I can't honestly speak because I don't know your lifestyle but still in Miami, FL and even in the US the percentage of people that make six figures is very low. I only have saved $450k and own two condos free and clear and I feel comfortable but by all means I don't feel wealthy or rich. I also don't live an extravagant lifestyle with super cars, boats, vacation homes, luxury vacations etc. I live a modest life sir

Miami hasn't changed since the 90's. I used to tell my boys from up north (Philly, New York), that before you get married, you have to go to Miami to experience the women and lifestyle. You will get laid with ease and the women are hot. Listen, when you go to certain malls, it's like going to club. And FITX is right about the club scene. It's lively and it never stops. One reason is, in Colombia (esp MED and CTG, but not necessarily BOG), there is a general presumption that gringos are s3x tourists or only there for women. In Brickell it’s a radius of everyone not from Miami who now live in Miami and so the interactions with women are alot different than say 2015. I lived in Miami my whole life and love the new drop of women moving in from Texas , Cali , New York , overseas , etc. they treat you different than the REAL Miami women. Move to Miami don’t live in an overpriced area like Brickell. Go to north Miami , north Miami Beach , Hollywood. You’ll save a whole lot more money and can definitely enjoy the perks on a budget.

Close to 6 figures a year for an apartment? If 6 figures is $100,000, lets just assume you're paying $80,000 - $90,000 a year for your apartment since he said "close to 6 figures." That's $6,666 to $7,500 a month. Do you really need to spend $7,500 a month on an apartment to live in Miami? Because if so, that's even worse than New York. That much money to RENT a place is just outlandish, and if you're paying that much to RENT a place, you might as well buy a place and pay a mortgage.
