The younger ones often don‘t, which makes it harder to get surefire IOIs, but the more mature women will show their curiosity. They usually are socially more competent. a trait young girls have yet to acquire.

If you like her too, you wanna walk up to her when she's by herself, then tease her with a low voice something like "Hey, I've heard that rumor about you, what do you think it is?" She: "What is it?" You: "Well, not sure if you gonna like it, lol." Spark her curiosity. She: "What is it, come on..." You: "Okay, join me for a drink after work and I'll let you in, I think it's kinda important for you to know, but we should do this outside work, I guess." Go have a drink, grab food etc, and take it from there! Open the gateway for her, and see what happens! I hope that helps! I should actually start an interactive newsletter for people looking for dating and relationship advice on how things work in the real world as opposed to stupid generalizations and flawed concepts that look good on the drawing board but don't apply in reality. Every situation is different and sometimes difficult to grasp, if you don't have enough context.
