I agree with these points. Only point I disagree is you need to think do you want that V in your life. The Man needs to be in control and he decides whether he wants her in his life. Been consuming your content heavily the past few days, I've subbed. In the process of getting my body ripped, working more on my look and fashion. Realising I'm the calm/cool alpha with hidden intelligence. I'm noticing looks from some girls at the gym I joined. More respect in the workplace and small talking women like to put themselves near me, one is very touchy, likes to rub past or touch my back. Once people get talking to me they comment on my speech and the way I talk is apparently compelling. This was a huge boost but I don't go round talking to anyone, people seem drawn in just to talk with me and they open up quite a lot. I'm going to try more of the cold approach to maybe build a rotation, but I'm not chasing women as a prize I'm just on my purpose now. Body, Money, Goals and Gains.

@@deemo2006 Supplements are not a waste of money. Creatine is totally a must if you wanna speed up the process. Protein powder is a must if you can't reach your daily protein intake from food alone. I need about 250gr of protein daily. Protein powder literally saves me time which I need as I am also working and studying. Last but not least, pre workouts are great for beginners and Id also add fish oil if you are not eating much fish. However, be careful if you are taking a preworkout in the evening as it can disrupt your sleep. Focus on getting a good sleep rather than an insane workout. Remember, recovery and diet will make the progress, workouts will only have a slight effect if you aint reaching your macros daily.

I think this approach works best when you catch the woman looking at you. You just going in on your own without her having shown any interest is rough sledding. Once you two have exchanged glances you can get a feel of whether it's worth it to approach if the exchange seems warm. I'm not convinced cold approaching is an effective way to get women with high interest, unless you have top 10% looks. I do not, and have had great laid back convos with women at the gym, bars and at local parks, even getting numbers but it has never gone anywhere. The thing is, I've slept with 60+ women in my 31 years and plenty of those were truly beautiful, desirable women. However, they were all a product of social proof from work, friends or women I took many times to talk to at the gym. For me, I have to build some rapport to get desirable women.
