How brave of going for cotton, let me know how that goes! And is that a stitchmarker as an earring? :D And I 100% relate to the feeling of not being able to buy yarn now that I spin it myself. Especially because I've learned that wool is a waste product in my country. Learning a new craft opened an intense can of worms indeed!
