- Hey y'all, I am back bringing you a brand new piece of amazing awesome-sauce. These are my thoughts after using this phenomenal machine for five month now. Not much has changed , I am still in awe and all of this still rings true. Every time I turn it on I learn something new and it has been totally amazing learning what this machine has to offer. I have to be patient with myself and learn at the speed I am comfortable with to unlock all the greatness that is the MPC Key 37. The easiest way to start is with a drum kit which provides you with a set of 16 drums and sounds to choose from to make a custom beat. You then can add an additional drum kit or single sounds to round out your beat. The Key 37 also offers a dedicated button to be able to go right to your keyboard sounds/ Plug ins that will get you going quick. Straight out of the box it comes pre loaded with all of this and AKAI offers additional bundles so you will never get bored or tired of the same sounds.. I look forward to exploring and sharing what I learn in my Sessions/Tracks to come. This is a personal journey, and whether you choose to share your music or keep it for yourself, don't let the outside noise distract you from creating - the process should be fun and should make you happy.
This session I learned that using an effect to get a shutter on one of the tracks made the song exactly how I wanted it. I started with 4 different plug ins and then I added a drum kit and I was off and running. I find that building all the different tracks and then going back and muting different tracks allows me to hear a preview of what I want the song to become. After that I add some effects and start to take everything into song mode. I really hope that you enjoy this Track

G Tracks, I'm amazed by this awesome track! Vibe is so deep and melancholic, I love it so much! That music is so different and waking up almost forgotten memories from childhood, when my grandma was alive... I can't explain why it's so touching for me, but it is... Thank you for that music❤

@@pelvinsjamz You are going to love it. It is the most capable machine I have ever used for making Tracks. Every time I start it up there is something new and exciting. I got mine about 6 months ago and I am so grateful to have it. How long have you had yours? Are you going to do the Beta? I just downloaded the update this morning and I am nervous. @@Professor-kaoss Thank you so much 😁 When I was making this one I got really excited that it was all coming together. I ran over to my wife and had her listen to it. She started bobbing her head and then I knew that this one was a keeper. I am going to send the files to my mentor and he is going to better define it and help me master the Track. Actually just started using mastering from bandlab for the audios before putting the video together but I totally forgot to do that on the last one 😆
@@Professor-kaoss my mentor is Techtronix and he has helped me learn the MPC and the Circuit Tracks. He has had both the micro freak and now he has the mini freak. He is really cool and I am sure you could reach out to him. I usually do it on Facebook and he also has patch flipper uk. Worth a shot

Can you connect and record from external microphones and instruments with this machine?
@@MarksWorldOfAdventure Yes with an audio hub and multi midi device you can do just about anything with this machine. Happy New Year to you 🥳
@@g-tracks you can't plug a guitar lead or microphone straight into this machine?
@MarksWorldOfAdventure No it doesn't have the hook up in the back of the machine. That is why you need an audio hub like the Tascam Portacapture X-8 that has the right XLR connectors. Really any audio hub should work for vocals 😁 Have an amazing day

@MarksWorldOfAdventure This might be more what you are looking for. Check this artist out, he uses the AKAI Force as his main unit which has all the capabilities of the MPC units plus a few more options. Cheers
