Hi my name is Grant and I am GTracks. Please enjoy music made from my Circuit, Circuit Tracks and Circuit Rhythm using patterns and scenes. We also have a few new additions to the family; the AKAI MPC Key 37, along with a few other machines . I am having an amazing time with this machine and the beta 3.0 that I am running is working great with this expansion - It is fire! No really on fire, nah just kidding I tried a new filming style by setting up behind the fire table and filming at an angle. This seem to be a calming and comfortable atmosphere for an amazing GTracks.

It deserved something cool so I went with fire 😂 The weather was coming in that night and the winds were kicking up and it was cold 🥶 we got snow the next day which is a rare occurrence. Glad I had this beat on the MPC to keep me warm by the fire. Have a super excellent day my dude

The kick + clap on 1 and 3 is a little bit offputting, putting more accentuation on those beats than the backbeat. But otherwise it's a nice track, well produced. Looking forward to the next one! :)

@@Professor-kaoss Yes I am thinking that I should have paid more attention to learning about Adobe 😅 all good though. What are your plans for this year? I think that I am going to try to learn more about the keyboard and hopefully incorporate the Boss RC 505 MK2 and micro freak into the mix but for now I am having too much fun 😁
@g-tracks that sounds like a great plan man! Would be great for the music I'm sure. I don't know any kind of music theory so I had always planned to kind of learn stuff for even just do a deep dive on the instruments I have instead of just adjusting presets around but it's so much easier to not learn anything and keep doin my thang 😆 Been playing a lot of games lately which eats into the music time and also actually thinking my wife and i may move soon to help out my folks who would also be moving. Gonna be a busy start to the year so I don't know if I'll be uploading as consistently as I usually am but it'll all be cool. Once we do get moved I am excited to have a bit more room to put everything as I'm kind of limited to basically a hallway where I'm at now

@@karibunn Absolutely 😁 I had a table set up and also had a package to prop up the back of the MPC to be at an angle with the TV. I took about 10 takes before I was happy with the end result. I was being way too artistic about the filming 🤣 Thanks again for the comment
@ how much more difficult is the MPC to use than our Circuit Tracks?
@karibunn It is totally different. There is a pretty big learning curve to the MPC. Once you get the hang of where everything is then it is alright. Don't get me wrong you can make a beat pretty fast and then you can take it to the next level with all the capabilities of the MPC. It is a super powerful machine and I have had mine for 10 months and I still have only scratched the surface of what it can do. I am really happy with it and it is a lot of fun to use
Can you connect and record from external microphones and instruments with this machine?
@@MarksWorldOfAdventure Yes with an audio hub and multi midi device you can do just about anything with this machine. Happy New Year to you 🥳
@@g-tracks you can't plug a guitar lead or microphone straight into this machine?
@MarksWorldOfAdventure No it doesn't have the hook up in the back of the machine. That is why you need an audio hub like the Tascam Portacapture X-8 that has the right XLR connectors. Really any audio hub should work for vocals 😁 Have an amazing day
