I think he recorded this a while ago. Quarters start in late September. Semesters start in mid August.
UW has quarters instead of semesters. Two quarters per one semester, it makes sense then that it is the beginning of their second quarter.
Lol yeah I know. Northwestern, Union, U Michigan, U Chicago and other schools are also on the same quarter schedule. It's just weird.
there are 3 10 week quarters in a school year rather than 2 15 week semesters so quarter schools start earlier but get out later
