Awesome. First of all, I appreciate the trouble you go to to give us there. I think this is always a marvel to watch, stress testing the paradox series through world history. And it really is worth all the effort you go to, I think. And personally, I think this is a marvellous showcase for Paradox in General I'll add to my notes as I watch: -in my game, I wasn't able to get a rise then a full disappearance of the Roman Empire by the end of Imperator. Your mod list here is pretty much all the recommended mods (though there is also culture conflation and multikulti, both mutually compatible, that allow for accepted cultures in an empire to be conserved and not assimilated: i.e. the greeks in the roman empire) -CK3: excellent set of mods. Islam didn't seem to get off the ground. What on earth happened in North Africa to the Berbers and all their territory at 1091 AD? Was there some sort of nuclear strike? -EU4: better blobbing... I'm happy. -Vic2: I am afraid this is where I turn off because Victoria 2 is just not fit for purpose. It breaks any continuity definitively. Alba immediately is transformed into the 'British Empire'. I guess we made need to wait for more advancements to the converter, but Victoria 3 is more likely to be able to give us what a megacampaign needs.
Thanks. Yeah hoping to get Victoria 3 working again, (it's been updated recently) this time the game converted ok, but would crash during the recording, and was impossible to get it to play past the point it crashes. Tried multiple times, and it was random, sometimes it would last 50 years, others only 20
oooooohhh this looks really close to what we want. Thanks for posting. If you had trouble with the Victoria 3 conversion, did you try letting the converter team know? Hopefully they can fix such issues for the future
Yeah, the game would crash at random times with the converted vic3 game, once it crashed it wouldn't go past that date and I'd have to start again. There's a new update out, I'll try again
@@GeneralPol you inspired me to do a megacampaign btw. I migrated as a tibetan tribe to europe and alot of cursed shit happened. In CK3 for example gaul and iberia converted to hinduism suddenly and the steppes converted to iconoclasm lmao
Hello, was thinking of doing a mega campaign, so I thought I’d ask: when you convert to hoi4/eu4, do countries that don’t have specific focuses get the game’s version of a generic focus? Like, did Alba have a Britain path in EU4 after converting from CK3, or was it a EU4 generic?
Huh, where did the random tribal Dutch in South Africa come from in EU4? I don't see them anywhere in Europe. Also, lmao at the British Isles spreading the Pictish religion than switching to Inti themselves.

This is the weirdest Rome comeback I have ever seen 😭
I've had a few weird ones over the years

Do you play as any of them? Do you spectate a game full of bots or just letting the AI do it all?
Very cool!
Thanks, I let the AI do it all
Nice time-lapse
Thx
6:47 That was the saddest Caliphate I have ever seen
really cool seeing the persians resist the parthians
Yeah i love when things like this happen
@@GeneralPol you inspired me to do a megacampaign btw. I migrated as a tibetan tribe to europe and alot of cursed shit happened. In CK3 for example gaul and iberia converted to hinduism suddenly and the steppes converted to iconoclasm lmao
@mike8930 they really are under predictable, especially over such a long timespan 😃
@@GeneralPol yeah lol im in EU4 rn and Arabia is Shia, Ibadi and Sunni are all over Africa and Kongo is the only catholic nation
Long overdue!! 😅
Hopefully you won't have to wait as long for the next one
Holy shit
The hindu Khan of Chagatai won without contest.
The strongest by far

The title should probably be "2,252 years of Alt-history", not "2,252 of alt-history"
Maybe, i like to let the viewer know it's a mega campaign, then the thumbnail does that.... 🤔
What happened to the maghreb in the ck3 timelapse
The Britons remaining pagans
From these megacampaigns I can say that the biggest problem region for Paradox games is always India
Huh, where did the random tribal Dutch in South Africa come from in EU4? I don't see them anywhere in Europe. Also, lmao at the British Isles spreading the Pictish religion than switching to Inti themselves.
Saludos
😊👋
What did you do to convert from imperator to TFE with all of the crashes currently happening?
@cb00ful good question, ran it several times, and got lucky. Didn't do anything special unfortunately
@ Got it. I was asking because the dev is trying to narrow the causes down and I thought you had figured it out
How come you don't use Victoria 3?
Do a full mega campaign with terra indomita (it's possible now)
Yeah might try that for my next one
How did you do that?
There are convertors that convert the game save into a mod for the next game in the series. Links in the description
Where Stellaris?
No Stellaris this time. If I where to include in this one, how would u like me to have done it? What countries etc?
