Is the spine protector still "floating" and able to pull away from the back? I found it impossible to my jersey over that without snagging on the FT4 and it was really annoying...

With the FT4 Pro, I found that putting both arms in first, followed quickly by the head (back of the jersey sort of rolled up a bit), reduced the likelihood of the jersey getting caught.
