Are these good for middle linebackers?
For youth what is the best for wr? Velocity, or Flyte. Also for the velocity ones in you the size small says size 18-19 shoulder but for the flyte it says 14-15. Why is the sizing different for the 2 models? Do the Velocity ones fit Big? Please respond I start practices soon

I really enjoyed the video and I'm interested in purchasing the product. You mentioned twice in the video that you're a small size. I'm also quite small, so I'm uncertain whether I should go for a size small or medium. Your response would greatly assist me in making a decision.
it depends, i just got mine, i’m a 6foot 150 pound corner and i got a small adult 16-17” and they fit pretty nice, but i wouldn’t go smaller.
medium fits me aswell but there’s very little difference as i like them small

I’m similar to you. I turned 14 two months ago, I’m 5’8, 130 pounds. I’m also going into freshman. I play linebacker because I’m good at tackling and very aggressive even though I’m not enormous. Currently I’m benching 125 and squatting 185.

Note that if you do a lot of hitting/lead with your shoulder like a linebacker or running back the shoulder cups on these will crack. These are QB/WR pads only, I wouldn't even recommend these to DBs

@@justus4423 ended up getting both. as a corner who has to make tackles the razors are more protective although not by a lot. since the velocity doesn't have the clavicle pads you definitely feel like something is missing. I know some skilled guys like to remove those but I prefer to keep them. In terms of mobility the two are actually very similar to the point the razors actually look overengineered
I feel like the velocity is enough for receivers and QBs who don't often lead with their shoulders and deliver hard hits. and considering the price difference it is actually the better pad for those positions. I've had teammates who play linebacker and d-end and wear these and they ended up cracking at the shoulder cups. the razors have sturdier shoulder cups

if it has normal mounting holes yes just check the xneith backplate and see if the holes line up

The flyte is a youth shoulder pad. The velocity’s are adult. The velocity’s fit true to size

Depends if your 250 muscle or plump. Ima 240 linebacker but I have muscle mass. Last season was my year as linebacker when I used to be a linemen. Fun position
