Hello everyone, I work 10 years with atmospheric emissions in Brazil, it is very interesting to see other collectors around the world ... not always the sources are standardized.
Very interesting to see other stack samplers work. I work in Iceland and we have the same sampling train, but a different console model. This is good stuff!
Also, we are proud to see our equipment being put to good use! :D
Loving the handling of impingers . I do this everyday . Labworks EA Kenya .
oo nice to see videos of others in the industry in other parts of the world :-D
Wow, you guys really have grown alot!
Duct diameter ? Total traves point ? Check test
Cool video. One note: Isn't is just the same footage looped after the 13th minute?
So far so good
which method is this?
I'm from Thailand I started this career as well.
interesting design for your probe stand, especially for ports that do not sport the unirail type of system. Interesting too is marking the unirail for your point and not the probe itself, this would especially be useful with high temperature stack, that would burn off most marking on the probe.
Did they get the pre wt of impinger and silica?
Did they use ice in cooling the impingers?
Nah, fam. Weighing and icing is for pussies...
Did they put ice to chill the impingers? did they weigh the silica gel before and after testing?
+ ?
Rommel Omega good question
This is Hollywood bro, No ice req and of course they pre weighed the SG
@@stevejones8074 but if you don't put ice, how are you going to sample a dry gas?
Looks like an asphalt plant, def a bag house, so I`d go with a method 5
thanku sir
no post leak check?
i worked for roy f. weston for 15 years and traveled 90% +++ a year probably been on more stacks than most will ever see. if we had had chevy trucks we would have never made it to job sites,, heck probably would have never made it out out of auburn alabama. if one of my boys had skipped a post leak test they would be made re run the whole test run. go apex instruments did they even pull a orsat//not even a fyrite sample.. our probe washes on my projects were done in mobile lab aka 3 probes used to test. as 75% were pulp and paper mills..
Obviously not a real test but a nice video to show others roughly what we do. So many things could be called out but given it was a dummy test I'll let yous arf! Good luck guys!
and this testing is not to UKAS Std....
that's what I do, Monday to Friday
where i'm sure in south africa
@@gomolemophopolo2745 Yes i'm from south africa
@@masilela_sa9621 Where are you working?
Didn't brush nozzle out
No piss bottles? Amateurs
XD
They forgot their duke bucket too.
Why don't you assemble the trains down in the vans and haul them up with ice? You have to weigh what goes in the impergers. It's funny you guys wear harnesses also.
ทำไม นายไม่เสียบแล้วรูปแล้วลงมา แดดมันร้อน😂😂😂
No measurement of the stack diameter or nipple measurement. Show me your Method 1.No cyclonic flow check or pre-test flow to determine your nozzle size?No recovery flask while cleaning the probe with acetone before testing? Just dump the acetone on the ground. There is an easier way to load that silica gel, use a 500 ml narrow mouth bottle and pour it in via the outlet side of the imp.I know, the plant was not even running. It was too quiet. LOLBig Jim IAS
Watch out, we gotta badass over here.
