Vince doing science fiction has me so hyped. Knowing his style it going to be quite grounded but also very complex. Can't wait to see what he does with it
I actually long for some grounded sci-fi like the first season of WESTWORLD or the first Blade Runner.
A season of Breaking Bad but reboot in the sci fi world, and instead of Meth it’s Weapons Smithing for space pirates
check out his x-files episodes he directed
@@PalaceDude Check out The Expanse.
I just knew that he has co written Hancock of will Smith
Best TV director of all time, there's not a close second. Really eager to see him build another story.
clearly you've never seen The Sopranos
DARK
@@anondalorian3719 Vince Gilligan and Peter Gould have created 2 shows that are superior to the Sopranos. No hard feelings, David Chase.
@@anondalorian3719 He made breaking bad, which may be the greatest TV show of all time. Then followed it up with a show that may be even better. Vince Gillian the Goat
Breaking bad and BCS >>>>> The Sopranos
I find it so fascinating that he was born and grew up just 15 minutes down the road from me. It makes me feel more connected to BB and BCS than any other TV show or movie tbh. It’s been a pleasure to watch these two amazing shows for over 14 years!
Do you guys really used the term to break bad down there?
@@kayzeaza I loved it when Walter said "We are the Breaking Bad. Its Breaking time" and then did a backflip, cracked the bad guys neck and saved Spidermans life
Well I live near Albuquerque
Whoops
I get what you mean. I live in Arizona and I go to New Mexico a lot. I just feel so connected to the show just from all the Southwest settings.
If it does happen it should be a sequel, another prequel with extremely aged characters would be ridiculous
I agree 100%
it would be funny though
I want a Holly prequel
how tf they even gonna make a sequel walt killed everybody
@@Djirifoekrkfkf new characters, with Skinny Pete, and Badger as the main characters.
As much as I love these shows I really want him to make a new show
they can new characters and stuff and the things walt has done to create newer threats from walts influence with his his meth empire and the criminal underworld, especially in europe when the blue sky was reported with these other distributors you can create, and jesse's journey after El camino, saul and kim especially kim since saul is in prison but he's alive, but who knows, maybe walter white is in a witness protection program, gotta tell the public that he's dead when your in a witness protection and secretly survived.
But........ It would be very cool just have a story set in the breaking bad universe, somewhere else like a desert like city, maybe like in california but not like los angeles or a major city, have new characters and new storyline, similar crime storylines like better call saul and breaking bad obviously. I'd think having a refresh new story like breaking bad with new characters would be a very interesting refreshing idea.
Lalo prequel, sign me up!
I'm satisfied with the world being done, but a Lalo back story would be so lovely because Tony Dalton's portrayal of Lalo was actually the best acting job I've ever seen. It was literally perfect.
YAa
@bobbnotbobbkys
I consider him one of the greatest screenwriters of all time.
He is good
*personally felt that Lalo was kinda done dirty in the show, so to see more of him would be amaaazing*
Just cast Tony Dalton in a new series, preferably one where we don't already know the character fails in his goal and is buried 100 feet under the ground.
"Kid named Finger" is going to be a great spinoff!
If spin-offs were to happen, I’d love to see Peter Gould take a spin at it while Vince does the new thing. Ultimately, I’m more excited for Vince’s new thing, especially if it’s sci-fi.
that happened
slippin' jimmy
That’s what happened with BCS. It’s Peter’s show primarily.
Better Call Saul was Peter Gould’s show. Vince had little to do with it, aside from writing and/or directing a few episodes. Gould made all the major decisions
Can't imagine Vince Gilligan doing anything that wouldn't be a HUGE SUCCESS. Love this man's creative imagination.
Yes please as much as we love Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul a brandnew series would be better, new characters and everything.
I agree. Plus with how great their casting crew was with BB & BCS, I’d feel very confident about them creating a whole new series.
I hope Vince's new work goes well, he is such an amazing writer/director/showrunner and really has a passion for his craft. Hopefully the fame follows he and his team into his next work.
New series: Better Rim Kim
I love Breaking Bad, it touched my heart so much i cried at the end when baby blue started playing, the acting, the emotions, the plot twists EVERYTHING! I loved and enjoyed every bit of it. Especially Bryan's part i wish there were more seasons made that wouldn't make it so sad at the end. Sad to see that it's coming to an end.
I'm satisfied with the "Breaking Bad Trilogy" as it were.
I'm looking forward to seeing something new!
Can't wait for what Vince does next...🙌🏽
All the suggestions for spinoffs in the comments just prove how ruthlessly efficient the BCS creators were in tying off every loose end in this universe. Every character we care about has been given a proper ending.
not really. Lalo’s ending sucked. he only dies because Gus has plot armor.
@@Zack29810 "plot armor" is one of those phrases people should have to pay $5 to use every time
@@jeffb1430 okay, cool. do you have a real response to what I said? or no?
@@Zack29810 what more could they have done then? Any suggestions? How would you want Lalo to die?
@@Zack29810 we already knew that lalo dies there was nothing else they could do
Ohhhhhhhhhh boy, he said never say never so that automatically means he’s totally gonna do another spinoff for sure without any doubts
Cinematic genius this guy
If they did do another prequel, I'd be a fan of a Gus prequel (his secret past in Chile) or the rise of Eladio and the early Cartel with the Salamancas.
So exactly what the other guy said.
Esposito is too old to keep playing younger and younger versions of Gus.
@@Zack29810 yup
Also the entire show, keeping with how they do it, would have to be Spanish with subtitles
Lallpoooooooo babbyyyyyyyy😮😮😮😮😅😅😅😅😅😅😅
Just bring back Low Winter Sun… that show was awesome and never should have been canceled!!!!
haha
Oh my god, he's hinting at Better Fuel Huel 😱
I am not Huel! I am not Huel! I know he swapped those names. I knew it was Huell with one L after Huel. As if I could ever make such a mistake. Never. Never! I just- I just couldn't prove it. He deleted his post, he got that idiot at r/okbuddychicanery to lie for him. You think this is something? You think this is bad? This? This chicanery? He's done worse. That cameo! Are you telling me that Howard just happened to say that? No! He orchestrated it! r/okbuddychicanery! I took him into my own cameo! What was I thinking? He'll never change. He'll never change! I should've stopped him when I had the chance! And you, you have to stop him! You-
I want a sequel in which Lyle and the other Los Pollos Hermanos employees form their own cartel. In the first episode a Deliveroo driver dips into the special sauce and Lyle burns him alive in a pile of tyres.
I would usually say that it would be milking the series but Vince's writing is just perfect.
I would normally not approve of that but I honestly can’t get enough of the whole bb universe. I’d really enjoy a lalo spinoff
But........ It would be very cool just have a story set in the breaking bad universe, somewhere else like a desert like city, maybe like in california but not like los angeles or a major city, have new characters and new storyline, similar crime storylines like better call saul and breaking bad obviously. Huell should've been at the better call saul office as a security. We missed him.
Though I would be hyped a lot from a Gus Fring origin story its still a good thing when such talented authors know when to stop
I would watch an entire show based around Mike.
I'm going to assume this means "Better Fuel Huell" is greenlit
I'm so hyped rn im so excited to see want new stuff he makes with his talent
I personally would love if Vince Gilligan could make a Monster live action adaptation God knows it'll be good
Bravo Vince!
They need a spinoff about Lyle running Pollos Hermanos
Flynn dedicates his life to following uncle hanks footsteps in becoming a narcotics detective, giving his disabilities he’s able to overcome and do just that, his main mission hunting down Jesse, coming to find him and doing so only getting a full explanation and letting Jesse go, also Flynn finds a way to give Mikes money to his grand daughter.
You can have it Vince just give me a shout out!
I think it will be more interesting to have Breaking Bad Spinoff after Walter White and Batter Caul Sall Era, to see their legacy in the Breaking Bad world.
2 amazing tv shows. As much as I'd love more, really curious to see what other stories Vince can tell
Vince is genius💯💯💯
A Lalo prequel is the one to make if anything. Or a Nacho prequel.
A Salamanca prequel in general I would love to see. Hector is such a terrifying villain but we didn’t get to see much of him before his stroke
@@lebecccomputer287 a Salamanca it would be like a Narco series, it be more like a cartels, expect no DEA
I was thinking a movie spin off like el camino but a rated R horror movie with the twins
Once again, it would all have to be in Spanish with subtitles
Lyle moves in an apartment with Ernie. Chaos ensues.
Better Fuel Huel
If you were to do another spinoff, let's say it takes 2-3 years to develop everything, you'd be filming it 18 years after the shows first season. By the time you were finished you could be looking at 25 years. That's simply too long a time period to have these characters still pretend they're the same age (or younger). And considering literally everybody besides Jesse died, you can't even do a post Breaking Bad spinoff for anybody else.
No one should ever doubt Vince Gilligan's creative abilities, but I don't even see an avenue they could go down here. Like I said, the characters would be too old to do another prequel, and they'd all be dead for a post Breaking Bad one.
they could totally make it work. I kinda hope they stop here and let the universe die but its very silly to say they have no avenues left to explore.
Francesca is alive, Huell is alive, Kim is alive, Badger is alive, Skinny Pete is alive, Tim Roberts is alive, Jeff and Buddy are alive, I could keep listing people for a while. I haven’t even mentioned Walt’s annoying family. Marie, Skyler, and his 2 kids are all still alive. Kuby is also alive.
but yeah, they could easily do another show. hopefully they don’t but if they do, it should be from the perspective of the other side of the law. have it be a cop/detective show.
@@Zack29810 so all the boring characters?
@@nyyu01 huell is NOT boring you take that back
@@Zack29810 Saul is alive but he’s gonna be in the joint for the rest of his life, hope they don’t do any prison escape bs for a potential new installment of the Breaking Bad Cinematic Universe
If they were ever were to make a spin-off I think just movie would be fine
I'd like a Mike Ehrmentraut prequel, looking back at how he got into being corrupt and what happened. That also opens up for a recast that can do another more rough, younger version of the character.
It better not be another prequel! BCS was incredible!!
Vince you genius!!! So far you have given us X-files and BB/BCS universes to indulge our lives. Now, give us a new universe to indulge rest of our lives!!!
Nah, gimme a BRAND NEW Vince Gilligan and Peter Gould show. The BCS + BB universe is good as is... No more stories to tell.
Lalo spinoff please, or a Salamanca one, with all the characters origin
Yes so we can see their Wives and family dealing with them.
It'd be cool but the only problem is the continuity with the aging.
How about a Gus at the chicken store series? And Saul’s law practice clients. ?
I think a Hank and Gomez spin off would be really good. A story of their partnership and friendship. Dealing with the world of drugs and etc. They could go deep in some interesting plots. And throw in some cameos ... I think it could be good.
Nah, would feel forced. They are police men but they still don't have that life changing arc before Breaking Bad. They both are married and settled. The answer to the question 'How did he get there' is not as interesting here as in context to Saul, a crooked lawyer, who is deeply rooted in the criminal world. His charakter just had way more potential for a backstory.
@@ppvc388no
I can't wait for an offical Huell's rules. Huell and Kuby really deserve a spin off that would explain what was happening in the backgrounds of Breaking Bad and afterwards
Better fuel huell
I'd only be interested if it was a sequel series, I don't think there's any need to go further back. I would like to see the consequences of breaking bad.
I know people were just joking when they said it, but I would love to see a spinoff series of Huel.
I need one thing, a mini serie (10 eps max) of a young Gustavo Fring in Chile.
A spinoff with Marie just travelling and stealing everything called 'The Woman who couldn't stop stealing."
What ever Vince Gilligan make I would definitely watch or read it
An anthology of BB stories would be cool. Some before. Some after. One episode per character.
Im all for this show Vince pitched, he said he wanted to prove to himself that he wasnt a one-trick pony and I understand that why. I wouldnt want to spend my whole life only being known for one thing.
Lalo Origin story please! Featuring Don Eladio!
Made 2 legendary shows. *doesnt want to be one trick pony*
Imagine a medieval style show with those creative shots from BCS, GOT had a few but they weren't centric to every scene like BCS visuals were.
Don Quixote de Salamanca
@@jorriffhdhtrsegg Sir Mikael of The Trouts and Baron Gus of The Pollo Vale
We need a Huell or Walt Jr spinoff
I can understand not wanting to do the same thing and not wanting to be a one trick poney but it does suck because it is a magnum opus that everyone always wants more of.
I think the next Breaking Bad Saga should come in the 2030s, following Holly's life as an adult. A life of growing up in the shadow of her father Heisenberg feels like it has all kinds of potential.
He's concerned about being a one hit wonder...bitch please it's probably the most legendary TV franchise of all time, many people would settle having 5 of those episodes to their name.
I would watch anything he makes.
Watching his interview gives chill to upcoming show creators/writers.
We need a breaking bad game by telltale games
I can’t wait for whatever he does 💯
The Rise And Fall Of Saul
Wow what a line to end this video on.
The only serious spin off I can think of would be the Salamanca origin story. See all those kids become the psychopathic adults they are in the show
I just hope eventually this fine lad some day wakes up and say "Yeah, a show about "this" could be good. This is the next step"
Mannnn I really wanted Vince to make a cartel prequel, would be really cool seeing young Gus,hector, lalo, tuco. Just the creation of the cartel and the Salamanca family’s rise to power would be really interesting to see.
Mikes world is what I would love to see! He is my favorite in the whole thing!
Brock and Holly being bank robbers.
the new Bonnie and Clyde duo.
I would love a spin off about the salamancas and more of gus
Whomever has The Vet's book would make a character to build a series around. Bill Burr's character would make a great show, as well
the repo guys that took all the stuff from saul’s house?
If Marvel can make a movie every two months, without any story to tell, Vince can make 30 series around the BB universe
2 and 1 movie felt enough. No need to milk it.
Better Dial Lyle.
Gus, Lalo, Salamanca Lore, Matty lore
Hell yeah, vince is still roaring to go. bravo Bince Billigan
We need jesse sequel in alaska
Wait a few years when that sci fi show is gonna be the best ever written. Remember you were here first before it all came to be
DO IT! GUS!
I hope his new show gets picked up, interesting to see him craft a new story
pretty sure he could get anything he wanted picked up
It would be very cool just have a story set in the breaking bad universe, somewhere else like a desert like city, maybe like in california but not like los angeles or a major city, have new characters and new storyline, similar crime storylines like better call saul and breaking bad obviously. I'd think having a refresh new story like breaking bad with new characters would be a very interesting refreshing idea.
Wait 5 6 or years like and we will get a BCS movie just like El Camino.
1. A tv series on gus fring's past with salamancas in the later seasons (maybe use AI to de-age him, please make it happen)
2. A movie on Lalo salamanca.
3. Mike Ermantraut origin (use AI again)
Thats being said they had to be sone with extreme care and passion like better call saul!
He is awesome
One spinoff idea is the back story to the vacuum guy. There’s no way that guy had an ordinary past.
A spin-off about Holly White
One thing that I like about BCS is that yes there are anti-heroes and straight up villains but there are also genuinely good characters that want to do what is right. Kim and Nacho's dad are a couple of examples. The show isn't just a jaded view of the world where everyone needs to cheat to get ahead.
Bro did you even watch the show how is Kim a genuinely good character
@@benlubs yea Howard would be a better example.
@@benlubs Could make an argument for early Kim, but definitely not in the last season or two.
howard and nachos dad were good people
kim and jimmy were literally torturing howard they arent good people
Adaptor for Hoover max extract pressure pro, model 60. Need it's own series
I sure as hell would watch a Tuco series!
Vince doing science fiction...I'm very intrigued. Breaking bad world closing for good...its a fully told story and I'm happy with it . Do any other stories and you're really limited with bringing back familiar characters. So to me if you're going to tell another breaking bad world storyline.. it's gonna be a whole other time period and new actors. I'm thinking young cop Mike. Young gus. Those 2 would be perfect.
There's probably a "familiar characters" breaking bad story to be told with Jesse but honestly his ending is appropriate where it is
The vacuum guy could easily turn into a time travel show
because robert forster is dead it could be taken over by someone else
whatever vince gilligan does next will be interesting
Wait plz just give us 1 season of a Hank Spinoff: Minerals
We need the rise of Nacho!!!
There’s nothing really to add
Just male one about the Salamanca and he can guest star eventually showing he met them
He’s talking about a prequel.
You said he can’t rise from the grave. Meaning you didn’t understand that the OP was talking about a story before that. That’s all I was saying.
@@Knight5533 He can't rise from the grave = they can't make a prequel interesting because the character's story is already complete.
One word. Punisher. Would be so cool to see what him and Jon bernthal could do with that character.
I want to see Gus’ life in Chile
