Ending a semester this week in college and bumped into this video. I literally just asked my mom what am I going to school for nursing for am I really called to be a nurse cause I don’t feel like I am. I have 3 semesters left before I transfer to nursing school and this video really encouraged me to seek God in a deeper level before I take those steps. Please keep me in prayer for guidance 💘💙

This wrecked me!!!!! Someone wounded me very badly when I was pregnant by telling me I wasn't doing kingdom work by caring for my kids- as if I was to be evangelizing and preaching the gospel.... it put so much fear in me & for months I struggled believing what I was doing was doing was not important & that they weren't important-like day in day out and in every min of the day. I had to hold onto the verse of Jesus with the children so hard because what was going on was literally spiritual warfare against us and my hormones as well! This video literally helped me move forward as He has been using things like this to free me....

I am so sorry that you had those words spoken over you, but know that we are praying that the Lord can speak through your broken heart, speaking only love and truth over you. Being a mother is one of the greatest callings a person can have.

For some reason this film literally made me weeping.
Your film „Abandoned“ has also touched me and literally moved me to tears as I was thinking of my own father, casting me out of the family in his rage. Now he's become a little bit more kind again - at least sometimes - and even though I still live with my family I'm so scared of him.
I always have to think of the multiple times, when he would freak out and threaten me to beat me in my face.
Now my church has become my new family.😭
This world is full of troubles and it takes the grace of God to endure to accomplish your mission to receive the great reward in heaven. God help us all to receive the great reward in Jesus name. Amen

WOW!!! I really needed to hear/watch this today... I was in the Military for 13 years (plus 3 in the Reserves but we don't count those years haha), and during that time became a mother to four children... many years (since 2007 and on till 2013 when I finally got out), I had felt God ask me to get out of the Army and be a stay at home mom. No one around me agreed that this was a good decision, in fact, I was counseled (unsolicited) by many to just ride out my time and make it to 20 years, not to "waste" these years. I was truly conflicted and I had put off getting out for so long I felt afraid and uncertain. Finally in 2013 I did exit the Military and have been a stay at home mom since then. I truly feel like God has called me here and it is hard to hear how many people think so little of mothers who are home with their children. This is by far one of the most difficult "jobs" I have ever had and I am a disabled veteran who has been in combat... I am now in college and still feel conflict about what I am supposed to do next... constant prayer and seeking God through the Word is my only choice. And, of course, really paying attention the here and now and raising my children to seek God themselves... I just really needed this... it's so hard some days... but also, so worth it! Thank you guys!
PS: I have five children now, one of the sweet things was born as a civilian... TOTALLY different experience!
Amanda, thank you so much for your vulnerability in this comment! My mom was a stay at home mother in a world where that was not normal and it was almost always a constant turmoil even though she knew it was the correct decision. At the end of the day, the people around you needed to realize what the Lord had asked of you and the testimony that you have now having come through that! You're a rockstar mom I'm sure, and I'm guessing your kids would say the same thing.

People assumed I just wanted to be lazy... it's literally demoralizing when people thing that raising children is actually like that... anyway, God has been bringing me through and teaching me what it means! And the best part is, how much I am learning from my kids haha

I do think this video is powerful, but I seem to have a slightly different view than most here. First of all, I am a Christian, so plz don't be harsh with me and judge. Here's the thing. The way this video portrays God and the judgement of the faithful, one could really think that basically, 2/3 of Christians will arrive at Judgement Day, suddenly hear that their whole life was a failure because they missed their "calling" and then God will lecture and shame them and give them no rewards, right before He shakes His head in disapproval and reluntantly lets you into Heaven. The reality is, many things happen in life that sometimes cause us to backslide, stumble, fall, get hurt or whatever, and all that can greatly effect our ability to be sensitive to God and His call. Life happens. Sometimes we make mistakes and some are massive. God WILL judge everyone, including the Christians, but with the Christians, we need to to realize He will judge us on HOW we glorified Him, how faithfully we loved and wholeheartedly served...and we may miss the full extend of our "calling" and still be used. God wants our whole hearts, and as long as that's what we give Him, He is able and willing to change us, grow us, help our weaknesses and overlook and/or help our faults, We are not perfect and never will be. We are to glorify and honor God in all we do, and that means EVERYTHING...
@tori M I completely agree with everything you’ve said. The video has a powerful message but i paused for a second to think about how God will judge Christians according to how the Bible puts it. You can love God with your whole heart and still not fulfil the exact thing you were created for. If I happen to die today (by the way I’m only a 22 year old university student who’s still trusting God to help me know what my purpose is), God will not say “I called you to be this or that and you were something else”.
Do I believe in The Gospel of Jesus Christ and His finished work on the cross? I certainly do.
Do I spread that Gospel when and how I can? By God’s grace, I do.
Do I glorify His name with my life? By His grace, I do even though I still fall short because of my flesh.
This doesn’t mean God will look upon me disappointedly if I get to meet Him face to face tonight.
I pray anyone reading this is able to understand the nature of God and what His word has said. I also pray you find your purpose in Him in Jesus’ name

You ever wonder why God will have to wipe tears from peoples eyes? Many people will get to the gates of heaven and look their left and right and notice their parents aren’t with them, their brothers and sisters, their friends. This will be a very sad revelation because they will know if they are not there they are in hell for eternity. Think of the unworldly gravity of that.
This video was made based off these scriptures. Plus more. Yes we go though things in life however we are given the Holy Spirit to overcome these things “For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.”

Please understand the devil knows if you are over burdened by things that happen in your life and the things of this world it will be real easy for him to stop you with just keeping these things to happen in your life and stop many souls from being impacted.
God loves you so much and He wants you to live in the fullness of His love, peace, Joy, grace, and freedom. Not just for yourself but also for others to experience the same thing. Allow God to do a work and know He is faithful to finish what He has started in you. “being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:”

Good things come to those who pray to God
We have to be careful that we are not justifying or minimising the seriousness of not walking in your calling. Mistakes and setbacks and failure are not enough to stop you from your calling (example David, Abraham & Jacob all made major mistake but still "made it" and received God stamp of approval that they seved thier generations and walked in thier calling) but when you actively are DISOBEYING God's voice & instruction to you, then your mistakes and failures will take you out and cause you to miss God's mark for your life (example King Saul, Cain, Gehazi and the Rich Young Ruler) This life is serious business. Lets all make sure we're obeying the inner voice of God because "Life happened" is not going to be a valid enough reason to say to God when we stand before his judgment throne

I am only now seeing this short film and it has impacted me so very much. I am in my 50's and I can remember a time when way back when someone would say in church that they felt God was calling them into ministry then the church would automatically want to send them to bible college and make them a pastor because that was the only PAID position in the church. Pretty much. I remember how in the past it was even fashionable to become a pastor and consequently we as a global body of believers wound up with folks who became pastors who weren't called to do that. Or how about the 20 years old fresh out of high school and goes to bible college because everyone else in the church is going but they have no clue why they are really even there? I wished everyone would see this video. Not that we mean any offense to our dear brothers and sisters but we need to become way more intimate with the lord and truly listen to what He says He wants us to do. What hit me THE most was imagining myself on THAT day and realizing I had totally missed the calling of God upon my life and then hearing how many souls I missed impacting for the kingdom. I sat watching this movie like it hit me right in my GUT!

At first place we are called to be children of god through the salvation in Christ. Called to be in his love. Then there is no judgment day for us! I also think we should live in the calling god has over our lifes but this must flow out of that loving relationship, not out of fear.
When you stand before Christ in Heaven you will be judged as though through fire, but you will enter into Heaven, then we return with Him at his second coming; that is the first resurrection. We will have no part in the second resurrection, a judgement to works.
@@dennisking4589 Yes, the first resurrection is for the believers, and yes they are saved but their works will be tested and the second resurrection is for unbelievers. It is judgment day and the book will be opend and when their name is not in it through the blood of christ they will go to hell.
@@solidrock3847 Correct; I am explaining that when we get to heaven, we will stand before Christ, we will give an account of what we have done as his ministers. The treasures in heaven we can take with us are not gold and silver but refined as such....the people we bring are our crown of rejoicing. Better explained in 2 Corinthians 5:10....we will enter into heaven on faith, but not all are equated as the same....Jesus could not give the right and left place at the table to James and John, but to whom the Father wills....better to sit at the end of the Supper table and be asked to move closer to Christ. :]

Also I am not arguing, just saying there is no condemnation in Christ (Romans 8:1) but there will be a JUDGEMENT for us in Heaven....Hebrews 9:27. Judgement speaks of receiving due recompense, however much that may be, condemnation speaks of punishment, THAT we will not receive.

It's hilarious 😂 The accountant said he helped all these ministries succeed. What if those ministries saved all the souls? Had he not been an accountant then those ministries would not have succeeded & the souls been reached... the accuser wants us all to think if we're not the one dying on the cross we don't get to participate & deserve the reward of Christ's work. But that's the gospel: we reap the reward and reality of God's work even though we didn't do the work. Jesus finished the work & all sin has been dealt with, including my disobedience. If I was called to "something" and failed, then the cross cancels that failure & all I do is reap the reward that Christ earned for me! 😆

I'm so glad, all those souls can still be saved, even if the one(s) called , didn't answer the call.
The part that really hit me in the face was the 1 “one” that was at the end of the 1 million that were effected by the mothers children. God just spoke to me and said, “I died for each person. That last one, matters just as much as the rest of the millions”

I have been praying about what I’m called to do. At age of 47 i have given every excuse I can or should I say not to do what I’m called to do. It’s an aching in your heart you can’t describe. At times it will seem to be fuller than other times. I don’t know how. I could be wrong but no matter what I am loved. I am saved . I am created by an all loving creator. Please pray as I allow the hand of God to move through me for his Glory.

When you don't know what God has Called you to do, that's when you ask the Holy Spirit because he is the one here with us leading, teaching and guiding us into all Truth. Also, if you feel that you are Called to be a stay at home mom, then what do you do after you have raised your children and they leave home, what do you do then. I believe that no matter what you feel you are called to do, it all boils down to one thing, Are You Winning Soul's Into The Kingdom, because the scripture says that, they that win souls is wise! 🙏❤️🙏❤️🙏! It's all about leading people to Christ!🙏❤️🙏❤️

My best friend sent me the portuguese version and this video has changed confirm me even though what I am doing seems wrong or not right to other people, God is the only one who knows His calling and plans for me! I am gonna keep trying till my last day.. Living my purpose every single day.
We were sent to earth for a divine purpose(.) staying connected to God keeps us in line with our purpose. The Bible says my sheep hear my voice. Hearing his voice is key which keeps us in line with our purpose. There will be times when we get wrapped in the flesh and require us to repent=turning away from what was said or did looking toward Jesus. Sum will ignore God not repent and function in their flesh. Sum will hear his voice and walk in Gods purpose for our lives. Being saved is not enough oftentimes saved people live without repenting which keeps them from their purpose. Walking in Spirit guided by The Holy Spirit ensures that our purpose is fulfilled. Galatians 5:16-18 Amplified version✌🏾♥️✝️

I'm used this clip in our own Church too (I hope its okay) - it was our Evangelism week. I keep using the message in this clip to preach whenever the situation is relevant and aligning it with the Scriptures.
This is so good and sobering. I wanna make sure I'm within my calling throughout my whole life. We're not near as effective if we go after what we think we should rather than what we should.
So how would anyone but GOD knows what you were put on Earth to do. No one but GOD and you know. However mankind is always trying to take your faith in their hands and inadvertently guide your life as to take control of your being here on Earth.

I wish the first two scenarios appreciated Jesus Christ's Grace more...we will be judged according to our works, yes, and I really appreciate how this video suggests that "our works" will mean did we listen and look to God, and then Obey the guidance He gave us to fulfill the purpose He has in store for us. Thank you! What a cool way to think about it. Truly, I do not want to tear anything down, I just feel prompted to clarify doctrine by the scriptures. Because In the book of Romans, chapters 3 and 4 Paul makes it very clear that it is not works (which includes any failed quest, right?) that saves us, but it is Faith in God and our Savior Jesus that is counted unto us for righteousness. That Abraham himself is counted for righteousness by FAITH and is saved by FAITH, not by any works, any "souls you could have impacted".

That part is what affected me to. I am not fully understanding Biblical ground on this, it feels slightly twisted information. As if thou shalt not be able to enter The Kingdom of Heaven if you chose the "wrong" career path? 😕
Faith is not just to believe in something, it's to listen the voice of God and by believing what is he saying, being obedient to that. That's why there are so many warnings in the New Testament about being faithful and multiply the things that we have received from the Lord. There is a misconception of the faith concept that's why people tend to remove or ignore those parts of the Bible with clear warnings just because its against his wrong concept of faith, but if we have the doctrine of faith clear, all the Bible make sense with no contradictions or parts that we have to ignore or try to scape or diminish in order to fit with our doctrine. That is a problem

I love the video, but do wonder what verse or verses it's based on. I believe God prepared works for us, but I don't know where I see that we will answer for that on the day of judgment. For example, I do see in the Bible where Jesus says we will enter heaven because we fed Him, clothed Him, and visited Him (as He is represented by the naked, hungry and lonely Matthew 25:31-46) but I don't know where it says we are called and will have to answer for our call. I'm open-minded on this and believe this movie was made with the best intentions but also wanting to be Christian in holding each other accountable. Again, loved the movie and the message to mothers, especially!

I'm speechless.. I've had such hardship trying to draw my children near to HIM and teach on the importance of forgiveness so much that HE actually sent a man walking from out of nowhere who started speaking on HIS word just as I was initiating conversation about my ability to believe and why forgiveness is important even though she witnesses me falling short. The man was truly a blessing. When I asked her what she thought about his communication she replied "the 3 girls that wouldn't care for their blind relative.. They thought he was worthless and that's sad... It makes me feel like I shouldn't leave my brother or anyone else beyond the wall of my care".. She also pointed out that the man told me my faith is being tested even though he had no idea of the conflict that had materialized just moments before we saw him on the street and he came up to my vehicle window and I praise HIM for the experience! This video reminds me of the importance we have right in our own families and knowing that's where we need to start! Thanks so much for sharing this!

Thank you for this video. I believe that we all already have God within us. We are powerful beyond measure, but most of us do not know this, yet. The calling that you speak of here is something that, I believe, is found through quiet contemplation. Through meditation. Through cultivating that stillness within. That is when you are in touch with who you really are. That ego-less, eternal space. No clinging, no aversion. Equanimity. That to me is God. Consciousness. Not anything that is separate from us. It is us. It's waking up to that realisation. X

Being mindful with the Christ consciousness is not the truth of what the Bible teaches, Jesus the son of God, the one and only Lord. I went down that journey of meditation with New Age mindset, and I never had peace within my spirit. I never knew the true calling on my life, until I let the Holy Spirit truly enter in with Gods grace.
New age Christianity is false, If you open up the Bible the peace will come within, you will still have an ego that God created as his children with different gifts BUT If and when we will have a humble heart to Him, he will reveal to know what our calling is. ✝️🙏🏻❤️
