What about Customer Specific routing? I have a User on my account that has a mapped customer and I want just that user to get their emails. And in the future I will setup more Users for their mapped customers, but the dialogue boxes seem to be an ALL or nothing scenario. The documentation on the portal says "no longer available" when you find the customer specific emails section.
This process is very generic and we created it to cover 95% of our Suppliers to Ontario Power Generation.
