Advice for 28-30 year olds

- You’ve just started your life. It’s so sad that our culture has decided that everything has to be figured out at such a young age. This way of thinking has imposed a lot of self doubt and anxiety in the system and I’m passionate to at least start a dialog around how absurd it is to think that at the 20-25% mark of one’s life, especially after they have been in the modern education system for most of their lives, that they should somehow have “life” figured out.
The pressure from your parents (many don’t have their lives figured out too) or from friends or society (most are unhappy and don’t have it figured out either) is unacceptable.
Simple question, are you happy? Are you self aware about what would make you happy? Are you coming along in the process of not letting other people’s opinions dictate your actions?
I am super passionate around communicating observations and this one, this one sticks to me like glue. Go on your own timeline, it’s your timeline, not anyone else’s.

Let me ask you a very simple question.
We have 2 individuals. Individual A and individual B. Individual B is wiser and more experienced than individual A. Individual B is 28 years old while individual A is 18 years old.
Which of those 2 individuals is objectively more equipped to succeed in life?
I was fortunate enough to make one of my biggest dreams come true at a considerably young age but I do consciously understand that if I was able to do it back then, I could certainly do it later on as well having more experience and wisdom in life.
You need to decide what you really want in life and then make it happen. Your genuine intention is going to be the seed that allows your dream flower to flourish.
Just turned 30. I haven't figured out...or maybe I have and just don't realize it yet. 😅
Just take it as it comes and live your life.

28 dropped on me after 3 years of COVID
3 years that I will for ever feel like were stolen from me
I moved back to my home country , left university, my business progress crushed
and there I am no longer 25 I was 28.
I still don't have the answers, a year later it's getting better but I do believe what I didn't do in my 20's is gone I will not catch up partying or backpacking at 30
So I believe a good relationship a happy family, is the real feeling of content and figuring it out

i panicked at 23 and now i realized how stupid i was haha, after 28 i'm 30 as of 1 week ago and I actually realized nothing was wrong with it, I havent worried at all in 2 years and its super young, Ask a 54 year old if 30 is old they will laugh in your face, 45 is middle age, you still have FIFTEEN YEARS till just simple middle age and bioligcally its the true prime, The t levels only drop a little to regulate, everythign about 30 is greatly exageratd thanks to hollywood and the whole number sparks an alarm in the brain, If 30 still had a 2 in the number no one would care

I turned 28 in May and I'm still not where I want to be in life. I want to finish college, I want to study abroad and live in other countries, experience different cultures but I've been scared because 30 is so much closer now than it was at 27 lol

I’m filled with so much guilt & shame that I haven’t figured it out yet. All my peers are at a stage in life where they’re secure professionally and are getting married, and I’m absolutely nowhere as compared. Daily reminder: be kind to myself.

I’m 28 I thought it was all over. I had stop caring, and I haven’t regret my experiences. But I came to a point where I don’t think I can start again at 28

I was bullied at 22 that I was going to be homeless from a toxic old school friend, Now 28 still lost with everything. Whenever I tried to convey something like this to him, I would be told if you think that. He would invalidate anything I said because I wasn't working

I'm 28 and I was starring at my pc wondering what the fuck I'm doing with my life right now... and then I got this :)

Im 27 have my degree in graphic design and still havnt figured it out. I feel like my degree is practically useless where i am currently. So here i am making $2 less an hour doing front desk as a dead end job.
I'm 33 and feel like logging out of life. Crazy inflation, dead end job and no where near where I wanna be. Feels depressing.....

Im 28 turning 29 in July. Trust me we are good. Ive had cars, houses, got a 8 year old daughter, lost them all & got them all back probably like 3 times already over and over. Lol 😂 we are at the age that if we got at least a car and house we are doing great. I mean we are only 28. Still young in our twenties

Biologically its super young and is when the body actually barely stops devoloping, For men their real life starts, Their brain is fully developed, bones barely finished, testosterone is actually better, not higher, but better suited for the body for muscle, the body regulates and thats why it slightly drops by 1 percent each year and that can happen way later in your 30's , My t levels are exactly the same as when i was 20, had to get tested when i had seizures at 24 and 29 , granted i'm an outlier, mine is 1435 which is SUPER rare and too high, and at 29 it was just from getting no sleep mine was 1,200 , same fluctuatios at 24, YOU ARE FINE! ALSO fourty five is true middle age look it up, It was never 30 lol that was hollywood
