God bless YOU! Thanks for being back today, but taking care of yourself is MOST important! Much heart felt, best wishes for 100% full recovery! Hugs from ~Ana in Oklahoma 🇺🇸
It's good to see you back and continuing with neuroart. I have problems with dry mouth too. Gum and mints with xylitol help a lot. Also, I just found something that costs much less and works really well to make saliva-- whole cloves. I just pop one or two in my mouth, and park them somewhere between cheek and gum. If I'm not talking, I just keep my mouth closed and let the saliva fountain happen. Soon i have enough saliva to swish around my mouth. Saliva is one of the best things for our teeth. Or I just treat the cloves like a mint. They don't dissolve, but after they are in my mouth for a while, they are easy to chew and just swallow. Cloves (and xylitol gum and mints) have given me much relief from dry mouth.
The cloves tip is a great tip, I will have to try that. I had not heard of using cloves for dry mouth before, so this is news to me. I had only heard of using dried ginseng slices (any grade), I had known about this when I was little. Appreciate your great tip.
Yes, agree. Chinese tradition being one of them, we follow the lunar calendar, tradition wise; but live by our normal (Gregorian) calendar like the rest of the world.
Happy New Year right back at you too. There is no requirements to share your art; but if you'd like to share your art you can always do it on the facebook group I have created (details are at the end of all my videos and in the channel description).
Hi Charles! Welcome back!! I went to your website and tried to send you a message through the contact form and the recaptcha only popped up for a second. It won't submit my message because "I am not human", lol. I will try not to take that personally 🤣. I also asked to join your facebook. If you accept, I can just message you on fb if you like.

@@neuroartworkshop My pleasure. Thanks for responding, Charles. Sending you thoughts of healing and relief.
Some traditions view Spring Equinox to be the time of the New Year, so this timing s perfect.
