Do you know the reason that's why they(Frisian)isn't ever had the official version?
It doesn't make sense for Disney to dub their movies in Frisian, Since there are not many Natives and most of them are elderly people that speak both Dutch and Frisian, nobody would really buy tickets to watch the Frisian version, I guess Frisian Speaker people watch the movies in Dutch or German :)

And there is still only one way to get Frisian to dub the movies from Disney,
I'd recommend them to dub the movies on the TV with their own native language.
There might be the last hope! XD Disney dub their films in a different special language sometimes, like Zulu on the Lion King and Tahiti in Moana, if Disney thinks it worth money enough they will keep dubbing their films in that language, just like what happened in Mulan, when they first dub in Taiwanese Mandarin and Disney got a lot of money because of that, so they kept dubbing their films in Taiwanese, so maybe, in the future, Disney creates a princess from Frisia, they could dub the film in Frisian, and if they get enough money, they will keep dubbing their films in Frisian. Or maybe, Netherlands can encourage local studios to dub films in their languages, like in Russia where they dubb films Semi-Officially in Karachay-Balkar, Crimean Tatar, Abaza, Kabardian, etc. Or in New Zeland, where they are now dubbing their films in Maori for the first Time! :D But I don't think Frisian movements are so popular in Netherlands though, they all speak Dutch now, Next languages Disney could include in their dubs would be Tamil, Tegulu, Kazakh (But I think they already did that with Frozen and now moana), Argentinean Spanish, Punjabi, Uzbek, Armenian and Georgian. (These are languages non-Disneys movies are dubbed, and some Official Voice overs were released in these languages as well so it might become Official dubbs in the future!), though I am still sad Bosnian, Macedonian, Occitan and Welsh may never be Official dubs :(

I agree with Frozen ao D.M. I hate that people don't include "not official languages" as you say. Disney encourage these versions.
