Completely unbiased opinion here as I own a 6th gen Camaro. The hp gain they claim is at 4,900rpm. If you’re racing your yote at anything under 5,000rpm you don’t understand your yote’s power curve or are in the wrong gear. WOT yote’s are never under 5,000rpm especially with a10 trans lol. To boot, the “gains” become minimal above 6,000rpm aka buy this intake system for what? Unless you crave that extra 20lb of torque blipping the throttle on your way to grab dinner lol. 🤷♂️
JLT, it would benefit you to redo/ fix this video. You changed from STD to SAE smoothing from the stock pulls to the JLT intake pulls which looks like it lost power. You also put up wrong numbers on the final graph. Also, maybe do a hood down pull with the new intake as well.
@ ok. I thought you said 410 average stock and I thought i saw 406 on the graph after. I’m interested. I currently have kooks LTH with Corsa Catback and Steeda filters. Just trying to see if it will be an upgrade to my current set up. Thanks
@@BlaznBlu504unfortunately they didn’t clarify that the baseline was done in STD whereas the JLT runs were done in SAE, hence the power difference. STD to STD or SAE to SAE and the differences would have been more apparent.
Impressive gains!
Take the lids off of the stock intakes and compare. Should do all the testing with the hood too

Close the hood like Steeda does
What did you disconnect before first run?
Has a nice deep sound holy sht
You dynoed the car to 6500rpm. With stock made 410HP, with JLT made 407HP. You can yet delete this in time. Only 235 views...
The baseline was done in STD. The run with the JLT was in SAE. It’s largely their fault for not making that readily apparent to the layman.
Hey the ecu prevents the 4th gears on the manuals from revving past 6500 as a speed governor
But I still agree delete this video bad advertisement
Am I reading this correctly…the car picked up power throughout the rpm band but lost power at peak rpm??
Made power throughout. JLT is the blue line

@@Omega_TTRS thanks for that info!
Close the hood and do it again. No one drives with the hood open…
