Just like human kidneys, your dog’s kidneys balance certain substances in the blood and filter out the body's wastes as urine. They maintain normal concentrations of salt and water in the body. Kidneys also help control blood pressure, aid in calcium metabolism and sustain phosphorous levels. Additionally, they manufacture a hormone that encourages red-blood cell production. When kidneys don't function properly, toxins build up in the blood and a dog will become ill.

What are your thoughts on Azodyl? Does it help reduce the BUN? My dog urine dip sticks are always positive for Leukocytes no nitrates. The vet told me was okay, feel uncertain not treating it. He's SDMA is 40 BUN 60 Creatine of 1.8. phos is normal. I'm giving fluids, lactated ringers 150mls three times a week sub q. He's 10.5 pounds. In his prime he was always 12.5 pounds. He hates the renal diet food. Unsure what to do. Please help :)

Sir thank you so much. Mera baccha last month mujhe chor ke chala gaya. Usko B canis hua tha 2016 me jab woh 6 month ka tha. Last month jab clinic le ke gaye tab blood test me Creatinine 1.2 tha but SGPT 95 tha. Tab bhi sab kuch thik tha lekin clinic se bapas aneke 2 din baad achanak uska water intake baad gaya or urination kaam ho gaya. Vet ne pehele kaha UTI then kaha Hemoprotozoya Then firse kaha UTI or last me bola Splenomegaly. Mujhe aj tak nahi pata chala k mere bacche ko hua kya tha. last me this month 9th ko usko septicemia ho gaya or woh hamesha k liye mujhe chod k kahin dur chala gaya. Uska age hua tha 4 years 4 months only. Kaash apka video pehele dekha hota. Can you plz send your contact information. I am from Kolkata.

Good question. Actually this is a common territorial problem in Dogs, esp in those dogs that are not trained and those that usually don't take command from the owner. You have to acclimatize your dog, To know more about acclimatizing your dog , contact us in our email along with your phone number.
Meanwhile you can try Anxocare by Himalaya. It's a behavior modifier , provide 1tab to your GSD twice a day for atleast 15 days. Good luck.
