  • Poewrmax SYNC 65 and SmartSYNC torch put to the test. Full demo and review showing drag cut and flush cut consumables. Overview of set up and demo of installing the consumables.     So every time your nozzle needed to be replaced you would need to change the electrode and cap too. Screw that I'll keep my Duramax torches!

    How much Air cfm. Required for the 65

    I am interested in the Hypertherm Powermax65 SYNC. Why would I need a 45 sync cartridge verses the 65? I assume the 65 cartridge could do everything the 45 can do?

      Hey Adam, if you only needed 45amp but for the most part you would use the 65 amp cartridges. Also here is a blog post with a breakdown on all of the consumables! Let us know if we can help with anything else.
