Hyper performance plasma hpr130xd. Keep getting a mv2 inlet pressure code after working flawlessly for a little while only while doing stainless steel.

my problem on hypertherm 125 is that the electrode spring burns out or that you hear an alternating sound of air when you open the air without igniting the arc ... low compressor or broken machine? I burned 3 electrodes in 5 minutes just trying a trigger in the air !!!

Hi Francesco, this sounds like an air pressure problem. If the air pressure is correct at the machine so there is no fault, then the air pressure could be incorrect at the torch. Check to make sure there's no damage to the torch lead or no kinked lines. Also check for oil or water contamination in your torch head and gas supply. Additionally, an internal regulator may not be functioning properly. If you are still experiencing problems, we recommend taking it into your local repair center for a full analysis.
