BUY a Plasma Cutter HERE: www.eastwood.c...
Our Eastwood-designed portable plasma cutter is your smartest choice for making clean, fast cuts through mild steel, stainless steel or aluminum. This powerful unit can neatly cut materials as thin as 24 gauge or as thick as 7/8-inch. Compared to mechanical cutting, our Versa-Cut 60 Plasma Cutter works significantly faster and makes curved and intricate cuts more easily and precisely. In particular, cutting stainless steel or aluminum with a plasma cutter offers a far easier solution that will save you time and money in the long run. We stand behind our machines with no-hassle returns and an industry-leading warranty, which means you can be confident in their capabilities.
*Note: Due to the High Frequency start feature, we do not recommend using this machine on a CNC plasma table.*
THE EASTWOOD VERSA CUT 60 PLASMA CUTTER FEATURES:
    220v AC input
20' torch cable; 10' ground cable with clamp
    Rated 60-amp output
Uses common consumables that are available at Eastwood or most welding supply stores
    Backed by Eastwood's no-hassle 3-year warranty
    POWERFUL METAL CUTTING
You may not need to cut through super-thick metal often - but you'll know you can with the Versa Cut 60. This 220v, 50 to 60Hz, 60-amp output portable plasma cutter is designed to cut steel, aluminum and stainless steel anywhere from 0.010- to 0.875-inch thick with ease. A built-in pilot arc system allows for instant arc striking and ease of use when cutting rusty material and expanded metal. The internal moisture separator helps to ensure clean dry air gets to the torch to give you consistent results. It requires a 50-amp breaker and plugs into an appropriate wall outlet.
The Versa Cut 60 comes with a heavy-duty Mosfet inverter, internal moisture separator, 20-foot torch and 10-foot ground cable with adjustable air pressure regulator. These features and parts assure long life, accurate cuts and ease of use. It also includes a self-starting arc for use on floor panels and exhaust where rust and contaminants may be an issue. The machine has a duty cycle of 60 percent for long continuous cuts. At 45 pounds, it is light enough to bring to a friend's shop, a race track or any other place that metal needs to be cut.

I've got an everlast plasma cutter and it cuts pretty good but everyone is saying that putting in an air dryer will help increase the life of the consumables. What kind of air dryer should I be looking at?

Please explain the application for 0.03” plasma cutting nozzle orifice, vs 0.06” plasma cutting nozzle

Smaller nozzle diameters have a more focused plasma beam which allows you to run less amperage and have a smaller kerf. This is helpful for thinner sheet metal to reduce warp and give better quality to smaller features common in metal art, for example. The larger nozzle diameters will be more durable and capable of more amperage for cutting thick plate all day where super fine details aren't as important.
Be careful smaller diameter nozzles might have an amperage limit, typically stated on the packaging or product details. If you exceed that you'll smoke the nozzle quick.

I have asked Eastwood several times about the overload light lighting the instant the trigger is pulled and was told flat out the warranty was expired, we will not help, please do not contact us. Recommended I purchase another unit for $800.
I have 8" of cutting time. 8 INCHES, then stored it for a year. Now it is useless, $800 loss. I am not pleased by Eastwood's refusal to support their product.
