- After an amazing four year transformation, Elton Pinto Mota is Fit Media Channel's BODY OF 2018. Every year since 2011, we've awarded the title to the physique we think will make the most impact in fitness. Elton is a genetic masterpiece, but his journey to creating the perfect physique really began in 2014, when he started training seriously, working on his weaknesses and perfecting his conditioning. Here we see the hard work that went in to his transformation, and the amazing results as he shoots his next cover with top photographer Gilles Crofta.

Bane you forget the sacrifice, diet.... But drugs are a fact too, we can't do like they aren't using them, but its not everything
Bane Bodybuilding is an easy sport compared to others but you need money and genetica for it.Compareing the pain you gen for exemple from doing an exercise and pushing after failure lets say 3-7 reps with help is nothing compared with for exemple doing a combination for 1-2 minute at heavybag at full power and speed your muscles get sore,your joints hurt through gloves your shins as well,you remain without breath your organs hurt and your muscles get exausthed and the day after you can do even a few pushups.Also many other reasons and this is only one exemple and lets not look at injury charts in sports bb has the lowest injury rate etc.
