That’s bodybuilding. The lights and flexing at the same time makes them look way better on stage. It’s called a illusion. These guys don’t know what they are talking about. They are pumped in the pump up room. So what they said makes no sense

Oh yeah! I like the symmetry of this guy he made me motivated to start gym again.
AJ has an insane chest, which made him more proportionate. A lot of the other guys had arms that were too big for their chest. The Indian dude had killer abs and arms and legs but his chest simply wasn't large enough to be proportionate imo.
I say this in the most nit-picky way possible though, as all of these guys obviously have insanely good physiques.
I agree it was his chest that won it maybe his back as well. But his core could use some work.
