Now I'm the same size as my thirteen year old & my 15 year old
I'm in juniors clothing now
Weighing in at 152
I can fit a size 13-15 now
Haven't been this size since I was 12
I'm looking extra good
Lost my entire butt though but hey at least I still got some hips and some thickness somewhere 😂

Doing squats or lunges will help to get your butt back. Try 200 squats a day. 100 in the morning and 100 in the evening. Do 20 and take a 30 second break in between. And congratulations!!!🎊

Wow! This is amazing! I’d give anything to have classes like this! Many years back I was heavily into group fitness. There was an instructor named Eric that had this type of energy. Looking back, I don’t know how I even made it through the class without passing out. But that energy a good instructor like this channels, makes you forget about the difficulty of the workout and allows you to just let go and enjoy! This video made my day! Thank you for sharing!
