Yes..yes..I needed a workout change. I have been massively slacking, due to zero gym/free weights/equipment. I have zumba,Turbo fire, Insanity(Insane), bosu ball, Billy blanks. I have a bike and elliptical and I have become bored! I have watched your classes and enjoy them...especially the music!
