Definitely darken the side skirts and mirrors whether it's black or a color match to the rims. I would also put a light film on the tail lights and I'm not sure if you like tint on the work car, but that would set it off too.

I think you should re-wrap the splitter, mirrors and side skirts black. Everything looks good separately, but for this car it would look more cohesive without the silver.
Definitely will look better when its lowered with coilovers. A tint sounds good but you should definitely get the front grill replaced with a rs style honeycomb grill. A black rear spoiler and diffuser would be on a mod list also. These cars are great platforms if you want to personalize your car. Best wishes to your continued success. Definitely do black where any silver is... And I dislike that flat matte wrap look. It looks like cheap paint job; makes the car appear toyish. The rims are nice though.
