how to turn off voice prompts and on/off sound? it is very loud in my house trying to use at night
Mine doesnt work, it worked great for 2 minutes now connects but no sound come through

hi!! i have been using Sesh Anc for more than 6 months..i have recently figured out that one of my earbud starts a buzz sound suddenly whenever I touch it or remove it from my ear..its not so much frequent, but It is happening everyday whwnver i wear them..can you give a solution?
Why would the charger cord be anything but USB-C to USB? I don’t even recognize what power source I could plug this into, and one isn’t provided for you. So now I’ll have to buy a separate USB-C to USB charging cord.
