Just bought my first rolling klien box saturday and am loving it already. Cant wait to slowly build the collection. Im an electrician but my company pays for all my tools and trucks stuff so this is a personal collection for side work stuff.
I put my dewalt chargers and batteries in this thing, I stack them towards the back by double stacking the organizer slides in the furthest back position, and it holds like 2 chargers and several 5ah batteries. The front is a spare long sleeved shirt, a spare company shirt, gloves, and construction wipes. In the tray I keep headlamps, pad-locks, and my plug-in tester.
Honestly the selling point for me on Milwaukee is the dolly, I don't like how Klein forces you to buy a dolly combined with a bottom chest as for me with me setup I never want to unstuck my dolly. I love the orange Klein uses though as it is my favorite color, it a shame they don't make a stand alone dolly for their modular boxes like Milwaukee does or id switch for sure.
They just haven’t been around as long so the dolly isn’t out yet. I’m sure it’ll come eventually. For the time being you can make your own with my mounting cleats
How durable are such boxes if you load it up with say 25lbs of gear and accidentally drop on concrete. Will it crack? Does drilling holes underneath to mount 4 castors or add a telescoping handle to the side, quickly compromise it’s durability? I don’t like 2 wheelers, as it limits the space in the corners.

I'm deeply embedded into the Klein Modbox components and ecosystem. A great video man. 😊
I like them because they're thoughtful, glad my packout got stolen, now I can spend even more moment replacing it with a better system...
Klein is killing it.
Milwaukee seriously needs a 2.0 version of all their boxes
Absolutely! It needs to be more uniform.

Klein Tools - unavailable in Poland 😞
You're doing great work Jake!
I’ve recently subscribed to your channel so I’m expecting you cover black friday deals
I appreciate your videos, great work
Thanks!
I'm trying to built out my modbox slowly i made the mistake with packout ended up with a lot of under used packs
My gf says i need 1.5 more inches as well. Plus she wants it wider. Looks like I'll have to trade in my tacoma for the tundra after all.

The mill dolly is over priced and bad quality
Only issue I've had with the ModBox so far is the Handle insert keeps getting jammed
Does anyone make a mod box anchor point for the side rail? It would be great to have d rings on the side of the Mod Box drawer boxes.

@@JakeWeihethanks I just put in an order!
@diypunx 🙌🏻
4:42 weird test lol
Hey Jake! Another great video! Would you mind helping me with the pronunciation of your last name? Could you spell it out phonetically for me? Thanks!
Thank you! It’s pronounced “Y-He”
To be fair the mod box just came out
That is true
What material are you using to make those mods?
PETG
@@JakeWeihe Thanks! Glad you're not using PLA!! I figured you were using PETG. Just had to ask! Nice job!
Anybody knows about the keter roc?
Same as ridgid pro gear
$6-700 for a plastic toolbox is a little steep for me. I can go Craftsman for $300 or so.
There is a clear quality difference…
Craftsman is no different. This clown gets paid to say good things

these boxes are rated for 75. 25 pounds with modifications should be fine
@@JakeWeihe Thank you very much.
I don't undersand these because no one piece or pice is going to get youinto one or the other.
Meh. Different sides of the same coin.
