I only studied a lot when i went for the first time last year but the second time was so easy, all thanks to my aunt who introduced me to Mr Willard am really grateful.
I took the Texas and national exam. Passed it first try. There were a lot of tricky questions and some were worded vaguely. Long and weird questions about contract specifics such as paragraph 7, 9 etc, had no idea. Math part was long. I had to figure out amortized rate, property tax calculation and grm. Take your time and you can pass it!
Passing the Real estate test is when you study hard, if you can’t study or you don't have time for your studies l'd advise you get yourself a help like Mr Willard
thought youd like to know a sales agent in realestate to pass that licensing exam their are 450 terms that one needs to know so your missing about 150 more definitions ... was really hopeing you had it all in one as i go through these definitions several times a day i consider it helpful but i spent sooo much time using this channel to learn all i can thinking if i learn all this i can go in and take my realestate license exam test and pass with flying colors so dar i got to the point where im at an a on both texas tests you have up plan on going through the other but if you could could you post those 150 definitions that are missing please? youd be an awesome help ty for everything =)

Yes you're correct but remember heaven helps those who help themselves, try if you can't study then get yourself a good help
I studied for months and couldn't pass, I guess passing is a blessing
I failed 3times,I lost money to reviews and scams that never helped but the major thing is that I’ve never lost hope

@I’m sorry for your plight my friend but i was once in your shoes before i was recommended to Mr Willard and thats how i passed My real estate exam.

I have sat for Real Estate Exam for the 4th time now and still failed, i guess licence isn't meant for people like me😭
You will pass everyone has their own season, just keep going pray and believe you will receive
