I cannot say enough how wonderful of a teacher you are. I have watched your videos and now I know the difference between someone who can recite the content and someone who can teach it. Thank you very much!
Thank you, I passed my Real Estate Exam, both national and state, for Pennsylvania on the first try... It was because of all your videos... I listened to at least, one of your videos per day... The vocabulary videos were by far the best...
🥳🥳 Hi Corey... CONGRATULATIONS! That's awesome! Both sides on the first attemp is awesome, That test is no joke. Obviously you put in the time a work to study properly! Thank you for letting us know as well. Drop me an email paul@randallschool.com and I'll send you my real estate agent bookkeeping spreadsheet for new agents. It's free and it will help you keep you income and expenses organized... Best of luck in your new venture!
Paul, I love your mission "to help you pass your real estate exam the first time"!! I passed my Virginia salesperson exam , first try, thank you Jesus!! I basically binged on each video clip; thank you for putting them together sections and on 'playlist'. Driving to the exam, I was playing these vocab playlist over and over. I had watched a couple of RUclips exam prep instructors , but you are the only one who explained the difference between panic peddling and blockbusting, and these two words were on my multiple choice ( I had 3-4 questions on these concepts, plus steering). Moreover, I used to be confused about title vs Deed vs Mortgage and the whole judicial foreclosure and non-foreclosure stuff. Your videos were godsend, and I understood them very well!! For my VA people, VA is title theory state, deed-trust, nonjudicial foreclosure. My recommendations for exam takers 1) chew on these vocab videos while walking or driving, or doing your chores at home. 2) try to understand each concept. 3) I had about 7-8 math questions, so please know the basic math at least. Paul, if you could please add a video on AMORTIZATION TABLE, it was on my exam, and I randomly picked answer for it. The question: home sold for $ amount, loan for $ amount, APR x%, what is the monthly amortization rate fixed for the next 30 years. Never heard of this concept before. My national exam, I had 90 questions, and 105 minutes, so I only had 2 minutes left. Long message, but I wanted to come back and say THANK YOU PAUL, and I am very thankful to everyone who left valuable comments. Again, thank you! (One more tip: I believe I was able to pass Virginia State portion because of the prep book by "Stephen Mettling". His practice tests for the State questions were so similar to the ones I had on my board exam. I have heard from other instructors that Mettling's books are highly valuable for State portion. Just FYI.
CONGRATULATIONS on passing your exam... and thank you for the feedback as well. I really appreciate it! Best of luck in your neww venture... It can be difficult at first to get some momentum going but stick with it... once it starts rolling things start happening.... 😁
Praise the Lord, I passed my license on the first try. But most of the questions were not what I studies for a few months. There were not in the book, or anyone talked about them. There were a few from a book and videos. So thank you so much for helping us!!! I really appreciate it 🙏 But most of the questions were about the loan originator and the licensing. So please study that! God bless =)

Thank you so much. I’m starting to study again to take my exam. And I love how you explain everything. Quick question. I live in Texas everything that your teaching also applies to Texas? I get confused because every state is different. Thank you in advance
For the national side of your exam, yes... however, each state has their own specific rules... this channel only covers content for the national side of your exam :o)
Thank you, Bernie. It's really overdue. Been wanting to do these for a bit now. Going to put a couple of these a week out. Hope they are not to long :o)
@@TheRealEstateClassroom Hey Paul! Length is perfect- 👍 Better late than never!! And, you guys run a tight ship and do an amazing job!! This is just an added bonus. 💯🙌
This is great video! I will take the exam next month. Is it possible you posting more videos about review California exam or more topics regarding for that? Thank you so much! I am appreciative it!
A woman purchased a condominium unit and obtained financing from a local savings association. In this situation, which best identifies the buyer's role under a deed of trust? A) Beneficiary B) Mortgagee C) Trustee D) Grantor these were my options for a test, and of course I was looking for Trustor. Can you please share why it would be the grantor?
This is a classic exam question that makes you analyze the question and answer. Right away we should look for Trustor as the answer because in a deed of trust the 3 parties are the Beneficiary is the lender, the 3rd party is the Trustee, and the borrower is the Trustor. The Mortgagee is the borrower when a mortgage is being used as collateral so it doesn’t apply here. The best answer is Grantor. Why? The Grantor transfer legal title to someone. In a deed of trust situation, the borrower at closing receives legal title from the seller. They then immediately convey legal title to the Trustee. Once the borrow conveys title to the Trustee, the borrow become the Trustor.
You hit on something similar but still haven't heard you mention quit claim deeds, can you elaborate on that subject in spite it's the ugly side of realty and possession!
Sally lists 123 Main St for sale. Sally works for Broker #1. Tim brings a purchaser to Sally. Tim works for broker #2. BUT, Tim does not represent his buyer he actually represents Sally's seller. Even though he works for a completely different brokerage firm
Thanks for the comment... actually both are correct and you can add faa-duciary duties as well... I had a law professor pronounce it fi-du-SEE-airy... 😁

How many vocabulary do we need to know in Illinois we have 612 vocabulary it’s a lot should we learn all of them?
As many as you can. There are a lot of them but the exam could ask about anyone of them....
The words actually look easy but imagine doing a multiple choice test, they can be very confusing as well
Hi Shae... you are correct... there is a ton of concepts you have to know... if you studt hard you will crush the exam! Keep studying 😀
Good stuff
Thank you
Are these videos good for the state of Florida?
For your national portion of the exam, yes

Do you think it’s best to start with reviewing all the vocabulary first a couple or few times before watching the other videos.
I Believe so especially if you’re a newbie.
