Oh I missed this comment! So with Solo you control 2 factions but only one hand of cards, so it felt quite limiting. As you progress through the rounds I felt hindered by the fact I just had less options and felt the game was challenging enough. I like having more items available as the free actions from the mare AWESOME, so my preferred way to play is with 3 at least for this one!

Thanks for asking! It was getting a bit too big and Bairnt and I live so close it just made sense we would combine forces and have OSCS be a bit more focused! Been here over a year now and having a BLAST!
Played for the first time yesterday and knew I had to be botching the rules. Watched your video and counted 8 rules I got mixed up (my errors mostly made it harder, which makes me feel better about the brutal end my Defenders met). Thanks for the informative video and for your particular attention to calling out easy to overlook rules!
Nice! What is your bet on your chances to win this one? Oh, also another question: how do you handle the "I know everything but I shouldn't" aspect of solo play? Do you randomly set a card aside when choosing (anf return it to your hand after choice), for instance?
Still very doable would have just taken a bit due to that unlucky draw from the machine deck. When you play solo you have one hand of cards and you choose to draw up to 3 cards from either faction deck. Then when I play cards I place them in their own discard piles based on faction. It was interesting but I didn't enjoy it as much as multi-player! Thanks for watching my friend!!
