This show has the most toxic fanbase ever. Everyone forgives it for EVERYTHING all for extremely confusing reasons. If Eric Cartman was real and caused a second Holocaust in real life, everyone would say "Oh, well it's South Park so you have no right to be mad at them."
That's because of one reason: It makes fun of EVERYONE, it doesn't take sides, and everything is fair game when it comes to satire and comedy even the most taboo issues. Sure, it's not going to be everyone's cup of tea but the dark comedy is also used for a real purpose in proving a point, instead of being shocking just for the sake of being shocking.

When story is stretcheed to whole season... yeah, it sucks ass, is boring and just like any other TV show.
Now to watch the video wit EDIT button ready :D
@@fizola88 I somewhat disagree. I do like the one off episodes but serialization didn’t kill SP. Definitely a big difference and change from the first half seasons but I liked the episodes too. Plus it’s not like you were 100% lost if you didn’t watch it every week.
@@Germeezy You know why I like you? Your oppinion is opposite of mine. Do I disagree? OFC! But I will fight for your opinion, from depth of my heart.
We dont need to disagree, oppinion is not equal to truth. That is a beuaty of freedom, I respect and I will fight for your opinion to be heard, even if i dont disagree with it at all.
You see, I like south park as it was, you gave it a chance and liked it, I didnt.
@@fizola88 did we just have a civilized disagreement on the Internet?! South Park brought us together 😂
@@Germeezy i quess :D
But didn't the creators realize that themselves?
I think the fact that (unless I'm mistaken) there is only a single season that has a "story arc" seems the indicator of this.
Wait…did South Park even release anything this year? Is it better than the Simpsons? Sure.
Is it very relevant this year? Didn’t seem to be, I don’t recall watching any new South Park this year.
Wasn’t the ozempic special this year?
@ProjectileGrommet I'm pretty sure! Lizzo dressed up as a prescription box for Halloween referencing the special. Maybe they're not counting it because everyone can't watch since it's on Paramount+
"Much like how SNL is at its best when it's reacting in real time to politics and real world events"
Bro what? I love this channel but that might be the worst opinion you've ever had. Political SNL is TERRIBLE, SNL is at its best when it's completely nonsensical
South Park is the shit it spares no one of offense.
except Biden
They had 4 years to make fun of the president, those guys that made an entire tv show about bush, and multiple seasons about trump. Why didn't they take a single attempt to lampoon biden?
Relevant or merely contemporary?
As much as I love/loved The Simpsons, it's time to end it for real. We can't talk about beating a dead horse when it has already turned to ashes.
5:21 lmao it's pronounced Shy-vo 😂
27…
okay yes, yes. agree and it is funny. but some of the jokes REALLYYYYYYY didn’t age well
"Skee-AH-voh"
Oh the telltale signs that a RUclipsr was like 5 or not even born when something happened. 🤣
That, or A.I.
I haven't seen a new episode of South Park in yearsss. Kyle or Stan, I cant remember which one, got so God damn annoying
Because it’s funny
Fun fact, it's not. Not really. I don't know anyone under 30 who still watches southpark consistantly anymore. Most I hear about it these days consists of "Hey did you hear southpark did something?" "Huh, really?"
People under 30 mainly watch shit on tiktok. They aren't south park's audience.
People under 30 aren't the only people in the world.
Yeah but he isn’t real. Nothing gets past you huh?
@ well I’ve heard it’s caused countless people to get bullied at school, especially redheads. And some of them may have even committed suicide. And South Park even goes as far as to MOCK these people for being bullied, even though this is a serious issue.
@ I was making a hypothetical point.
@@socklock1957 well it’s caused a lot of people to get bullied by everyone. Especially members of the redhead race. I think I might have even heard that some redheads even took their own lives because of this.
