    Hi Doc , this is the first time I am commenting. I saw your video about time restricted eating last year around the same time. I started practicing the same along with IF. I have lost 26.5 kgs so far. Thanks much for your helpful advices and suggestions.

    Amazing!
    You are really taking out time to help everyone. I am a 56 yr old slim lady who took interest to listen to this video. I ate healthy and my colleagues always said how long you want to live. I used to smile and continue eating alone at my desk.

    Excellent interview.
    23.33-Every meal is a struggle.
    100% true, particularly if the food is tasty and delicious. The reason is we tend to eat more and get the health spoiled. Generally we used to appreciate and respect those who provide tasty and delicious food without knowing that the are indirectly going to spoil our health.
    On the contrary we should appreciate only those who provide less tasty, less oily, less spicy food etc. Main reason we will eat only less quantity of food and our health will be properly protected.
    Actually this interview is an eye opener for me.

    That is a great point on getting rid of old clothes, I have been on this cycle of lose weight, gain weight etx so I actually have all sizes literally a clothes store, size S,M,L,XL and XXL everything , n i dont throw them coz I have been in this cyclical weight journey so I have clothes of all sizes to fit me...I think this is a great tip , I should get rid of the big size n keep only the size that I want to be in and ensure I lose the weight as soon as I m getting out of it...

I liked this video very much.I noticed one thing in your conversation that the guest doctor never mentioned once the words intermittent fasting .He lost his weight simply by portion control helthy eating and exercising. Also intake of protein and fibre is equally important alongside calorie restrictions. THANK YOU BOTH FOR such an informative conversation

    You are rocking Dr Pal..It was good informative time that I spend today. I see some of my friends take protein powders, meal replacement drinks or paleo diet or even fat burners to reduce weight. Would you mind providing some insight on these methodologies? would it really help in long term without a side effects on our organs? I know there is a business and political angle on this topic but as a doctor, I love to hear your opinion..

    Dr. Pal, it would be great if you tell the audience about getting rid of meat, fish, dairy and eggs. My family are physicians and are vegetarian and they have had stroke, heart disease, and diabetes. Please explain.

    Does eating briyani for lunch and skipping dinner makes a person get gastric issues? My parents are worried when I skip a dinner aft having heavy meal for lunch

    Hi Mr dr pal im from Karnataka from small village,besically im a Muslim,i have lot disturbance with my stomach,like burning, always acidic,chest pain,neck pain,back pain,left lower side of stomach burning and pain, basically i love to eat lots of eggs and chicken and spicy foods,my weight is just 34kg my family members and my all friends shaming on my body, whatever i eat my stomach was not accepting food it's always hurting I don't know and understand what should i eat and how to increase my stomach health,to increase my weight please please please please please please please 😢😢😢😢😢😢help mee to live beautiful life,im waiting for ur response sirr,i concerned lot of doctors but i didn't get satisfied advise and treatment they said ur report's normal normal but im like felt down please let me consider 🙏🙏🙏🙏

      You can have lentils, legumes, paneer, soy for your source of protein as proteins is the main thing that is difficult to source for vegetarians

    Hi Dr pal..I m 35 yrs female. My weight is 230 lb and having thyroid and with type 2 diabetes A1C level of 6.7…my doctor suggested me ozempic injection for weight loss..is it advisable to take ozempic.I m little scared to take it on hearing side effect of thyroid cancer and pancreatitis..pls let us know ur view on this…

      Hi..I am not doctor but I was reading lot of side effects for this medicine. reducing carb and fasting (either time restricted eating or intermittent fasting) will definitely reduce hba1c. did you try these already

    Dr Is it ok to have coffee in morning 1 hour after I wake up and have breakfast after 13 hours window after my dinner before 7 pm still is coffee considered as breaking the fast no sugar low fat milk coffee

      If u are in eating window you can have coffee with milk but if u are in fasting window u can have only black coffee with no sugar no milk

    Great sir, very informative, thank you dr. Pal, I started following time restricted diet after following your videos sir, 6:30 pm to 6:30am ,im taking my thyroid medication (50 mg)at 5:30 am, I couldn’t extend my fasting window in the morning sir, after taking the thyroid pill i feel so hungry .. any input on this sir?

      Your medications are irrespective of your feeding window so you can take them without worrying of breaking your feeding/fasting window.

    Doctor can we have ice cream once in a while at night say aft 9pm ..sometimes more than calories it's just the satisfaction of being not the odd one in a group.

    Is it ok to have a cup of channa(sundal) or green gram sundal alternatively for breakfast? Nutritionist say it has More calories than idly+ sambar. Which one to follow? Im really confused. Idly makes me hungry after 3hrs but sundal keeps me fuller till 2pm. 🙄

    Im trying to do but my problem is cant following everyday same timing like (7-7or 6-6 fasting) today 7-7 then another day 8-8 then 9-9 like m doing(bcz of circumstance time changing)this s ok or not good doctor
