Hey everyone, I normally edit the tripod out of the videos but Hamish made a cute little cameo appearance at the end and I decided to leave it in 😂
Yes! I vote for more Hamish cameos!

Thank you! That’s great to know….👍 I feel better knowing I am supporting an artist in their creative endeavours!
Hey, Mystic Momma!
I hope you didn't think that those of us who posted what we've learned about AI art were picking on you. You did fine to post that "biography." If I hadn't run across the comments on someone else's channel, I would have thought that "Max Brenner" was a real illustrator, too.
@@shareeburbank2836 I’m going to talk about this issue further in a new video that I’m hoping to make today….there is absolutely no judgement on anybody’s comments (for which I am always interested to hear and think about) and I am going to share my thoughts about the confusion surrounding this whole issue of AI and colouring books.
Such a cool picture and your coloring is awesome! Thank you sharing and I hope you are getting better every day.❤
Thank you! It’s such a slow process but hopefully it’s improving every day 🤞 thanks for watching.
Hi Jackie!
hey there Hamish😊🦴
I have really enjoyed seeing You work on this Picture and I am looking forward to seeing the next session! Thank you for Sharing 💜
Thanks so much! 😊
This is looking so fantastic, really enjoyed it. I plan to watch part two later today, can hardly wait to see the finished product, I know it will be wonderful. I think it is so sweet of Hamish to make an appearance and say hi. Just watching you work your magic on this page has made me want to get this book and color in it myself.
Thanks Karen, I think Hamish might appear more and more often 🤣
Liking this and look forward to seeing end result (book is very tempting 😬) your white rabbit is brilliant too 😊
Thank you! 😊
I hope you continue to recover and feel better, Jackie. Really enjoy your videos and love how you explain what you're doing as you do it. Soooo helpful. Liked seeing a bit of Hamish!
Thank you so much! I do hope that my rambling makes sense eventually 🤣 it is often difficult to put into words something that I tend to do by instinct or on “autopilot” these days 😊
I understand and totally enjoy your “ ramblings” 😀

I love your style of video. Not many color and chat channels left. Your work is beautiful and I love the chat!
I'm so glad! I am not sure I would be able to do them any other way 🤣 thanks for watching, Jackie
Hi Jackie! I hope your back is healing soon, it takes more than enough time….Whow, you made him stunning already! Your scribble around with different colors and it come out great. I wish i could do that……oh Hamish looks cute…. I would love to see him and there he is 🤗.
Hopefully soon I will be able to do a tour of my spare room studio when I am set up again, and no doubt he will be in that….I don’t get to do too much without having him one step behind me 🤣
Love ya Jackie! I think you did your due diligence on the A.I , I support you , your page is gonna be awesome! I love alot of the images also❤❤❤
Thanks Jenn ❤
To refresh your ohuhu or any of the cheaper alcohol markers buy rubbing alcohol, called isopropyl alcohol in a green bottle from coles or woolies. Remove one tip and put three or four drops. The pigment is still in the marker it’s just the alcohol that’s evaporated. I would not do this with Coptic but I have the ohuhu and they’re still going strong after four years. I hope this helps you get more life out of your alcohol markers. Much love & *virtual hugs* from Perth Western Australia ❤❤❤
Thanks for the tip Claire, will definitely try that! Thanks for watching and supporting the channel ❤️ Jackie
Hi.. im really curuios about this method.. does it required 99% isopropyl or does 70% would be enough on this method?
@@marlletzzyne8758 I am not too sure, and haven’t tried it yet.
@@spare_room_studio thank you...
@@marlletzzyne8758 my isoporyl alcohol is under 85% & it is perfect. It is used & sold as rubbing alcohol & you can get it in supermarkets.
This turned out so cool! Hope you are healing well. ❤
Thanks Deb, wound healing takes so long, especially this sort of thing and it’s frustrating to be patient 🤣
Beautiful Coloring.. Love it! just a little note - that jacket with sleeves - I think those extra long sleeves are holding up with strap cuffs to keep them up
Oh thank you!
When we got married, our first house came with husband’s job. We actually had three bedrooms, so two were “spare” rooms. When my late parents came to stay, they had the smallest room, which was downstairs, Mum couldn’t climb stairs. It was a tiny room, couldn’t get a double bed in, so we had two single beds, that were positioned in an Lshape, with the end of one of them sticking out of the door into the hall. My Dad drew the short straw for that bed 😅 We used to have a good laugh with them about not needing to “be romantic” 😅😅😅
🤣 that’s such a funny story! Poor Dad ❤️
Loving how this is taking shape and hi Hamish ❤❤❤
Thanks Jo, I think Hamish would like to appear more often 🤣
Whatever the book description says, it looks so AI to me. Like with anything, I have seen fantastic AI images and also god-awful ones. This one doesn't have this empty-eyed vapid soulless feel that a lot of AI art does, maybe the base is created by the software and them artist put some work into it? I try not to buy AI but sometimes it's hard to tell and I have gotten burnt occasionally. It makes perfect sense to use it while you have it. And you can lift any image with you magic skills. Yay for the hope of getting your studio back again!! 😄 I also work in a spare room. We used to call it "the room where furniture goes to die". Once I had kids, we started to call it the making room because that's where we got messy with crafting (I remember glitter. so much glitter). Now my hubby uses it as an office when he's working from home, I have my own desk setup, there's piles of haphazard storage (all full of stuff) and some old very tired armchairs and a tiny couch. It is never tidy because that is just not possible with all the cr*p that is piled there.🤣🤣
Yes, that sounds exactly like a spare room 🤣 I have been thinking I would really like to buy some matching furniture to have a “pretty” creative space, but I have a collection of second hand mismatched furniture at this point in time 🙃 AI is not going away and I think eventually we will have a hard time deciphering what is and what isn’t AI sadly.
