hi, yes new tomatoes this year are the Yellow Pear and the Horizon. Also growing Marconi pepper seeds i saved myself. So theres a chance they cross bred with other peppers like purple or regular bell. thanks, have a great day

Oh, what a beautiful sight of a fresh Spring planted garden. The new fig plant is happy next to the mother plant. The deer gave you a dirty look when you put the cage around the grape plant., Good to see Squeak patrolling the acreage. Now all you have to do is holler GROW.

Good to see you and your house are okay. I know there were some nasty storms in the western part of NC a few days ago. I'm guessing you live in a different area. Anyway, have you ever grown carrots? Some people say they are easy to grow, others say they're hard to grow.
hi, im in central NC near Raleigh. i had some storms but no damage. Ive grown carrots but a giant 5 lb bag is inexpensive at the store. the cost of seeds, time and work doesnt produce enough carrots to make it worthwhile. thanks, have a great day

so far i havent tried mulch. i think itd be trouble after adding it when its time to replant. seems id have to remove it to access soil underneath.
